SCS reception and lab 316 work

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Polished Granite stone slab of colour Black, Cherry/Ruby Red or equivalent

Providing and fixing charcoal sheet of minimum 4 mm thick laminates over existing 19 mm thick BWP ply are to be fixed with Philips head screw.

Premium quality Black Acrilic of 8 mm thick for lettering signage to write the required content and the letter to be fixed over the required surface with double adhesive 3M tape as per direction of E-I-C.

Providing and fixing in position office table/front desk with drawer, rack as per the drawings having compartments with vertical partitions spacing between 0.60m to 1.85m and horizontal compartments spacing between 0.40m to 0.70m with intermediate vertical and horizontal partitions made up of 25mm thick BWR Grade solid ply with 1.0 mm thick lamination (white/off white) for inside area and 1.5 mm thick laminates of approved colour and shade on outside surface with a depth from 0.55m up to 0.75 m and bottom, top, outer sides and back side members made up of 19mm thick BWR Grade ply with 1.0 mm thick lamination of approved colour and shade on one side and front shutters made up of 25mm thick BWP Grade block board with 1.50 mm thick lamination of approved colour and shade on both sides with Heavy duty magnetic catcher, lock (Godrej or equvalent make with minimum three keys) and handle of size of 150 mm, tower bolt of the size of 150mm at top and bottom in one shutter, brass hinges with SS finish or good quality pure SS hinges of 304 grade of size of 150 mm and providing teak wood beadings of suitable width all round the shutters, hinges grooves, shelves, outer frame, vertical and horizontal frame including polishing the teakwood beading and providing and fixing sal wood planks of size 25mmx50mm below the horizontal ply boards along each supporting edges with polishing, including the cost of fevicol, nails, screws, tools, plants, materials and labour charges etc complete as per specification, drawings and as instructed by Engineer- in-Charge. The ply wood of century/green. (Only front elevation area will be measured for billing.)

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete over false ceiling and wall.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work
