Demolition brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

M&L for brickwork with old size fly ash bricks of compressive strength 75 Kgf/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1: 6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour (10+5)mm thick for rendering fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in two layers i.e dubbing coat of having 10mm thick in CM(1:6) and over a top coat having 5mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction including surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ. (ii) Quantity of WPC required shall be as per manufacturer recommendation.

M&L for cleaning of roof surfaces and applying a coat of oil base bituminous primer @ 0.30 lit per sqm including laying of APP based polymeric membrane weighing not less than 3.00 kg/ Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt,not less than 150gms/sq. m) laid on primed surface by tension application with 100mm overlap travers and 150mm overlap longitudinal and finishing the top surface by applying two coat of aluminium paint @ 0.2kg/sqm on each coat including taking down old treatment complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling mild steel framed work as in ventilator of sheds of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The amount against the Schedule of Credit mentioned in the tender document shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance.
