Dismantling floor, stone, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing, removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description, not exc. 150mm thickness (above or below Ground Level) and removing the same from Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 (12.5mm Graded Stone Aggregate) as in sub floor etc., including rough top surface to receive floor finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 (12.5mm Graded Stone Aggregate) as in sub floor etc., including rough top surface to receive floor finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 complete including all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular ) in floors/ skirting ,area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc. 0.18 sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, over and including 20 mm thick screed plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L Coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for glazed ceramic colour tiles of of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement on vertical surfaces such as in dado/skirting etc over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick Vitrified light shade Coloured tiles, square/ rectangular double polished, area of each tile n.exc. 0.36 sqm, in floor including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 etc.,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white with pigment to match for laying floor finishes all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
