Supplying of following sizes aluminium conductor armoured PVC insulated, XLPE sheathed power cable for working voltage upto & i/c 1.1 KV. as per IS : 1554 (Part-I),1988 with latest amendments.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 100 feet (30.5 M) height Flag mast system with its accessories and National Flag of size 30 Feet x 20 Feet in 100% Knitted polyester, with reinforced super-strong nylon webbing on all 3 sides and eyelets. Mast shaft shall be in three sections with hot dip galvanized finishing and PU painting of Flag Mast shaft with a coating of etch primer, primer and PU paint & shall be erected with suitable tools & plants. Mast shall be suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875. It shall also include accessories for flag mast, including head frame, suitable size steel wire rope, power cable, double drum winch, decorative dome with control panel, 1 no. LED aviation light, GI lightning finial. The mast shall have integral power tool for the raising and lowering of Flag. Suitable control panel shall be provided for reversing operation of Power tool motor. Additional SITC of 02 Sets of 5M height hot dip galvanized octagonal pole suitable to mount 2 nos non-integral flood light fittings at top & control gear box mounting arrangement at bottom shall be provided. The Focus Light shall be with non-integral floodlight luminaries type BJEF 21 S or similar approved make with one no 400 W MH T lamp and its control gear box. (Total 04 sets of Focus Light). Foundation shall be made with M 25 grade concrete for Flag Mast and all Focus Lights with foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates etc. as required.

Dismantling of 17 meter height High Mast from Existing car parking area and Existing Apron and Shifting, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of same High Mast to New Car Parking area including construction of suitable foundation with M 25 grade concrete and foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates. The Highmast shall be erected with suitable tools & plants, wiring of luminaries with all the wiring material like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor core of 1.5 Sq.mm, lugs, MCB's, flexible pipe for cable entry etc. Complete as site requirement and instruction of EIC.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 5 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 meters in width, and lift up to 1.5 meters, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 meters.

Earthing with B class G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia B class G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Dismantling of Existing feeder pillar from site and installation, testing & commissioning of same feeder pillar in new location in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement 3 Coarse sand 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm normal size) foundation etc. as required including minor repairs such as fabrication/ rectification of defective/rusted portion, necessary interconnections and painting of feeder pillar with 1 coat of primer on rectified portion and 2 coats of enameled paint for the entire panel of approved make and colour and supply and fixing of following additional accessories in the same feeder pillar along with proper fixing arrangement as required. SITC of following automatic electrical boom barrier, suitable for operating at 230 V +/- 5%, 50 Hz +/-5%, along with a pair of photo cells, sensors, push button, remote control operation, control panel, including safety sensors etc. as required. system shall have provision for integration of access control system. The motor used shall be suitable of continuous operation. The boom shall be of aluminium or any superior material, with retro reflective warning red strips, with rubber pad for safety. The opening /closing time shall be not more than 5 s. The IP rating of the control unit shall not be less than IP 54. Suitable anti - corrosion treatment shall be done to the control unit enclosures. The system should also work manually during power failures. Installation shall include the works such as foundation for the system, end support, excavation for the same, inter connections, providing and laying 3 x 4 Sq.mm armoured copper cable for input power supply for the system from nearest source which are part of the complete system etc. as required

Supply of Aluminum Tilt Table Tower Ladder made up of sides of ''C'' section and steps 1' Dia non slip corrugated tubing, complete with safety locks, tool tray, safety gate, cage platform of suitable size.
