Providing Housekeeping and watch and ward services to the Tamilnadu Telecom complex including the Care Taking Services for Inspection Quarters at Ethiraj Salai Chennai for the year 2022-23.

Sweeping & Cleaning /Wet mopping in TNT Complex building Floors and different types of floor areas in different rooms, corridors, lift lobbies etc., all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The cost includes all the tools and appliances, brooms, brushes, supply of plastic covers / dust bins / buckets for disposal of wastes, mouth masks, gloves as required for the operation and disposal of wastes generated and garbage collected in covers /bucket/dust bins to the municipal dust bins. The required consumables like Tiles cleaner liquid, soap solution, bleaching powder etc., shall be procured by the agency which shall be paid separately ( Time schedule of sweeping and cleaning /Mopping of floors shall be followed as per tender and as per directions of the Engineer in charge) - Required quantity of water will be supplied by BSNL at no cost.

Sweeping & Cleaning of floors with all above opeartions or wet Mopping of floors using necessary tools, brooms, brushes etc., ( Area of flooring sweeped or wet mopped each time is measured for payment.)

Cleaning the Toilet floors, claddings, mirrors (dry mopping), Sanitary installations and Fittings / Faucets like IWCs, EWCs, wash basins, sinks, urinals, etc., urinal partitions using disinfectants, chemicals, detergents, etc , where ever required, Dropping urinal cakes in urinals, naphthalene balls in the wash basins, sinks all complete as directed by the Engineer-in -Charge. The cost includes all the tools and appliances, brooms, brushes, supply of plastic covers / dust bins / buckets for disposal of wastes, required for the operation and disposal of waste generated and garbages collected in covers/dust bins/bucket to the Municipal dust bins. The required consumables like urinal cakes / naphthalene ball, disinfectants, chemicals, detergents, etc..shall be procured by the agency which will be paid separately. Time schedule of Cleaning of Toilet shall be followed as per tender and as per directions of the Engineer in charge. Required quantity of water will be supplied by BSNL at no cost.

Common Toilet of floor area approximately 15.00 sqm ( Toilet cleaned each time with the above operations is measured as one job )

Common Toilet of floor area ranging from 25.00 sqm to 33.00 sqm ( Toilet cleaned each time with above operations is measured as one job )

Sweeping & cleaning with broom in the parking, Roads, pavements, Open Terrace and other open areas , Security Cabin including the Horticulture/garden area, all complete as directed by the Engineer-In - Charge. The cost includes all the tools and appliances, brooms, brushes, supply of plastic covers / dust bins / buckets for disposal of wastes, required for the operation and disposal of waste generated and garbage collected in covers/dust bins/bucket to the Municipal dust bins. Time schedule of cleaning shall be followed as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. Required quantity of water if any will be supplied by BSNL at no cost. ( Floor Areas of above places swept each time is measured for payment)

Cleaning of Aluminium partitions / Framed Glass partitions using mild liquid soap, Colin ( For Glass Surfaces ) or as required including removing cobweb from ceiling, junctions of partition etc. disposal of generated waste and garbage collected in covers/dust bins /bucket to the municipal dust bin all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. The cost includes all the tools and appliances, brooms, brushes, supply of plastic covers / dust bins / buckets for disposal of wastes, required for the operation and cleaning liquid used for Aluminium and Glass. Time schedule of cleaning of Aluminium partitions / Framed Glass partitions shall be followed as per tender and as per directions of the Engineer in charge. Required quantity of water will be supplied by BSNL at no cost. ( Actual surface area cleaned each time with all above operations shall be measured for payment) -

Cleaning of staircase area by brooming and wet moping including removing cob web, dust in ceilings, walls, doors, windows, hand rails etc including disposal of generated waste and garbage collected in covers to the municipal dust bin etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer -in - Charge. The cost includes all the tools and appliances, brooms, brushes, supply of plastic covers / dust bins / buckets for disposal of wastes, required for the operation. The required consumables like cleaning liquid colin etc.shall be procured by the agency which shall be paid separately. Rate to be quoted is per sqm floor area of Treads & landings of staircase. Time schedule for the above operations shall be followed as directed by the Engineer in charge. Required quantity of water will be supplied by BSNL at no cost.( Actual Floor area including Treads in staircase portion cleaned each time with all above operations shall be measured for payment.)

Providing round the clock security guard without gun for watch & ward of Government premises and its all belongings by deploying neatly dressed security guards in 8 hour's shift including necessary T&P like torch, lathi and uniform etc.complete,as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (One job means 8 hour's duty).

Sweeping & Cleaning including Wet mopping on required basis only, as and when needed, with mop and tile cleaner, disinfectant etc. in the floors of the 4 nos Suites of Inspection Quarters of the TNT complex building inlcuding the Toilets where cleaning of Toilet floors, Sanitary installations and Fittings / Faucets like IWCs, EWCs, wash basins, etc., Excluding the Common areas, kitchen, Store, Lounge, Dining etc., Cleaning of aluminium windows,ventilators all complete., The cost includes all the cleaning tools and supply of plastic covers / dust bins / buckets, mouth masks, gloves as required for the entire operation including disposal of wastes generated and garbage collected in covers/ bucket /dust bins to the municipal dust bins outside the compound all complete as directed by the Engineer-in -Charge. ( Time schedule of sweeping and cleaning /Mopping of floors shall be followed as per tender and as per directions of the Engineer in charge) - Required quantity of water will be supplied by BSNL at no cost.The required consumables like tile cleaner, disinfectant etc.shall be procured by the agency which shall be paid for separately.

Suite 1 & 2: Floor area of suite including Toilet approximately ranging between 40.00 sq.m and 45.00 sq.m ( Suite cleaned each time with the above operations is measured as one job )

Suite 3 : Floor area of suite including Toilet approximately 20.00 sq.m ( Suite cleaned each time with the above operations is measured as one job )

Suite 4: Floor area of suite including Toilet approximately 30.00 sq.m ( Suite cleaned each time with the above operations is measured as one job )

Washing Charges with necessary detergent, bleach, blue, reqiured water etc, ironing, transportation, loading, unloading etc., keeping in store and providing to occupants whenever required by spreading on bed and replacing used bedsheets, covers including all incidental charges. ( Each time washed and ironed is measured as one job ) all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and stocking properly of necessary chemicals and cleaning liquids including IQ accessories and maintaining a store to have a record of usage of all chemicals all complete as per the direction the Engineer in charge. Purhcase of chemicals by the agency to be done minimum on monthly basis in advance as per directions of incharge. Materials supplied shall be kept under Store which will be in double lock arrangement, one lock with Engineer in charge SDE/JTO and another lock with Agency or /authorized representative. Stock register shall be maintained duly signed by authorized representative of agency and Engineer in charge and open for inspection by the Engineer in charge.
