Taking down carefully aluminium / copper wiring/power point wiring (light, fan,call bell socket or power circuits) complete and making good the disturbed surface of walls, ceiling etc incl painting with same colour of the back ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Wiring complete with 1.5 sq.mm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade multi stranded with FRLS copper conductor conforming to IS 694 drawn through and incl non-metalic rigid PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked incl accessories surface type wiring incl MS terminal boxes fabricated with 1.6 mm thick MS sheet concealed mounted/ on walls with laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick fixed with cadmium plated iron screws for housing the switches, switch socket outlets, fan regulators etc., incl provision of 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly, all as specified and as directed for one light point controlled by one switch.

NOTE :- Two runs of cable, one run of earth wire and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit for payment purpose.

Removing of old existing and provision of new sub main wiring with two runs of single core 4 sq.mm,1100 volts grade, multi stranded FRLS copper conductor cable, along with 4 sq.mm PVC insulated single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drawn through and including PVC rigid conduit of suitable size medium grade complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Two runs of cable, one run of earth wire and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit for payment purpose.

30 Watt LED building security light fitting with pressure die cast housing, with secondary optics and IP 65 protection all as per Bajaj Cat No. BCLST 30W LED or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS including taking out old fittings all as specified and directed.

Bracket made out of GI tubing medium grade 25 mm bore , approx length 1.5 m long including MS clamps made out of MS flat iron 25 x 6 mm , nuts, bolts, washers etc and applying two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer before fixing the bracket including removing the old existing GI bracket from building complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of existing wooden plank from existing meter box and provision of 3 mm thick GI sheet of suitable size and removing and refixing of 8 Nos electric meter / DB including complete wiring and connected accessories all as specified and directed.

Replacement of RCBO double pole 30 MA, 240 Volts 32 Amps 10 KA breaking capacity all as specified and all as directed.

Replacement of Single pole and neutral enclosure 20 Amps, 240 Volts with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20Amps all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the exisiting electrical connection from the energy meter and the MCB DB, taking down the existing meter and the DB from the present loaction , re-fixing the same at the different loaction on the same meter board as directed by Engineer-in-charge including reconnection of eletcrical supply all as specified and as directed.
