S&F for 0.63 mm Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with fixed with J or L bolt and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting 1mm thick, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C-1, 1:3:6 using(20mm graded stone aggregate)with solid blocks, n,exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old of any description and girth not otherwise described and treated with two coats of creosote oil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Gl snap grid with powder coated section of size 24mm x 38mm x 0.7mm thick T section and 25mm x 25mm x0.35mm thick wall cleat of angle section and 4mm dis galvanized iron wire suspended with 4mm thick non AC board of make: everest industries Ltd of Size 600mm x 600mm and shall be fixed to galvanized iron snap grid of above section with mild steel screws as per manufacturer instructions incl. two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 6mm thick plywood, grade BWR, type BB, fixed with nails to timber framework as in wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix second class hard wood plain fillet squar, rectangular or triangular in section wrought,bull nosed,splayed or chamfered on one edge or face, fixed with nails of sectional area exc 3 sqcm and nexc 6 sqcm as in cover fillet of ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on new untreated surfaces of ply wood or wood based materials of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth complete all as specifed and directed.

Materials and labour for applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint on old/new steel surface of any description exceeding 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

E&M Works Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including all fittings and fixtures such as switches, pendant, lamp holder,ceiling roses, regulators, switch socket outlet, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings etc and removing unserviceable materials from site of work and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from board/outlet boxes, fittings and fixture such as main switches & DBs of any size and any capacity complete all as specified and directed

Taking down existing unserviceable worn out service cable off size 1100 volt grade from trenches of any size from different locations including brick bats etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for seperately)

Taking down serviceable and unserviceable street light fitting /Flood light fitting/ bay light fittings such as sodium light/MH Light/Tube Light fittting from poles complete all as specified and directed.
