Dismantling connections, taking out the existing old or burnt or defective LT Under Ground cable including loop of cable as undermentioned sizes from panels/duct /trench/loop carefully etc near the sub stations/pole/buildings/panels including disconnecting cables both ends, tracing out the fault with the help of megger and other tests as per site requirement for following cables complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge cable size upto 25 sqmm 4 core. Note:i) Earth work as applicable shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items. ii) Retrived bricks from site shall be properly stacked at site and reused as protection to U/G cable here-in-after.

Supply and lay, drawing through HDPE DWC pipe of suitable size, testing commissioning cable XLPE insulated armoured PVC sheathed heavy duty strip /wire as per latest IS standards with stranded aluminium conductor LT cable 1100 volts grade of following sizes in tenches / on walls in and including suitable MS clamps for fixing on wall etc by using new aluminium lugs for connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge -cable size 70 sq mm 3.5 core Note - HDPE DWC PIPE shall be measured and paid separately

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for taking out cables/laying of cables/taking out panels etc and getting out in soft/loose soil carefully all as specified and as directed by Engr - in - charge.

Material and Labour for boring with trench less technology or machine or mannual boring tool as per site requirements of road / unreinforced plinth / floor etc for laying of new cable /relaying of U/G cables / HDPE DWC Pipe / GI pipe etc making good etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : HDPE pipe, PCC 1:4:8 and 1:3:6 shall be measured and paid under the respective item of the work for making good on the site all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition and dismantling of old/damaged unreinforced concrete of any description near existing cable trenches/transformers/poles / Panels/sub stations etc of any type etc located at various locations carefully by arranging a proper support to old poles / panels to avoid any damages etc, removing from site and making good distrubed portions near poles / panels etc to match with the adjacent areas in all respects per site conditions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : PCC 1:4:8 and 1:3:6 shall be measured and paid under the respective item of the work.

M&L for PCC in 1:4:8 mix, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation near existing transformers/poles/Panels/cable trenches etc complete all as specified and directed Engr - in - charge.

M&L for PCC in 1:3:6 mix, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) near road cutting portions, plinth, coping round / cylindrical or rectangular/ square shape etc with a proper slope on top surface near existing transformers/poles / panels / PCC or near earth pit walls etc where ever necessary as per site complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n-exc 25 cms complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n-exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n-exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying of HDPE DWC pipe 77 mm outer dia and 63 mm inner dia double wall corrugated pipe for laying and drawing of underground cable with smooth inner face and corrugated outer surface, stiffness class SN4, IS 16098 - 2013 IEC 61386, pressure rating SN8 anti rodency non flame propagation permanantely lubricated inner layer complete all as directed by Engr - in - charge.

Supply and laying of HDPE DWC pipe 120 mm outer dia and 103 mm inner dia double wall corrugated pipe for laying and drawing of underground cable with smooth inner face and corrugated outer surface, stiffness class SN4, IS 16098 - 2013 IEC 61386, pressure rating SN8 anti rodency non flame propagation permanantely lubricated inner layer complete all as directed by Engr - in - charge. Note for item No. 11 & 12 - THe UG cable shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item of the schedule all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and laying sand in cable ducts near panels of the sub stations etc complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and lay galvanised iron tubing light grade of 50 mm dia in trenches / near panel /near floors / near walls/near earthings for protection of earth strip etc using GI bend, other fittings etc all as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and lay galvanised iron tubing light grade of 80 mm dia in trenches / near panel /near panel etc using GI bend, other fittings etc all as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing pipe galvanised iron tubing light grade of 100 mm dia on the hangar wall/ near panel etc using MS clamps, GI bend, other fittings etc all as per site requirement complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for writing or stickering letters size of letter upto 1.5" (inches) using exterior enamel paint water proof on existing LT Indoor panels / Outdoor feeder boxes located at various places based on present Incoming and Out going cable area connections duly checked by firm electricians on the ground etc in and including cleaning and preparing surfaces in all respect as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting Incoming cable and all out going cables of any sizes from the panel carefully, taking out all cables carefully as per site conditions and kept aside for reuse and reconnections in the new panel as per site requirements, taking out existing old panel from the site carefully complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Material and labour for GI earth wire 4 mm and protection pipe 15 mm light grade burried in ground / fixed on wall / floor as per site requirement for purpose of Beyond 7.5 meter for new earthings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Checking of existing LT Panel Transformer, DG set etc GI strip / wire earthings of any type in the installations area using all safety methods carefully, tightening of all earthing connections, using suitable devices like earth tester, insulation resistance tester etc (The arrangement of earth tester is the responsibility of contractor), details and results should be recorded in the register duly signed by electrician and contractor, the testing report submitted to JE E/M and Engineer-in-charge. Note for Item No. 33 and 34 :- 1) The job shall be paid twice in the contract period. 2) All results /readings will be entered in the register by the contractor by taking signature of JE E/M and AGE E/M. 3) The details of test to be perfomed (earth resistance test, IR test, earth leakage test etc) and format of the test sheet will be given by the EIC. 4) Printed testing records in the prescribed format by the EIC will be submitted for payment by the contractor.

Material and labour for 40 mm thick precast earth pit cover slab in RCC (1:2:4) type B 1 (using 20 mm grade stone aggregate) reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 7.5 cm c/c both ways including testing arrangements and taking out old broken covers complete as per site requirements all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing properly existing disconnected / opened GI Earth Strip size upto 32mm X 6mm near existing earthings, the same fixed on wall / floor in and including nuts bolts and washers / soldering as per site requirements complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Checkking of old and existing Out door LT feeder boxes of any size located at various locations, taking down old broken / corroded / damaged / dented LT Outdoor feeder box doors / sheets of any type / size from existing positions carefully in and including addition / alterations to doors / hinges as per site requirement with repairing, denting , machinining work, welding works, two coats of spray painting of panel existing colour in the damaged portions of the panel complete over a coat of primer as per panel site conditions and provosion of locking arrangements for proper locking of doors all as per site requirement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Servicing, repairing and overhauling of LT Air circuit breaker of any type and rating as is what is basis on the site in and including replacement of defective ACB non functional components, charging motor and mechanism and othe all connected accessories as per site requirements , testing complete, tightening of cable In/Out connections all as per site requirements complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : The quoted amount is inclusive for all spare parts for switching ON/OFF of ACB properly, functionalIty of charging motor and connected tripping mechanism of ACB in all respects and no extra amount will be paid in this regards.

Supplying and laying for replacement synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing for replacement adjustable magnetic and adjustable thermal MCCB 415 V 4 pole 200 Amps ICS = 100% 1CU 25 KA in and including additions/alternations in the panel MCCB compartment as applicable as per site reuirements along with replacement of cable lugs/connectors complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer- in charge.

Material and Labour for finding 11KV HT UG cable fault / defect of any size from the positions accurately using cable fault locator machine including finding of cable route as applicable on the ground, transportation, testing, restoring of the supply in all respects and commissioning etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note - 1) Earth work from cable fault position to nearesst cable loop as per site and cable joints as per site requirements shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of the schedule.
