MAIN SIGNAGES Design, planning, developing /preparing prototype, Providing & fixing at all heights at one locations hollow Letters/ Brand /Emblem of desired sizes on front and back side ( both side) of the signage, made up of Stainless steel, grade 304 (1.5 mm thick returns/ side face and 1.5 mm -2mm thick front face and 25mm thick depth) of approved make made out of laser cut shape in required design, language & font, with handcrafted returns(sides) including PU coating (MRF or approved equivalent) of desired color as per brand guidelines, having the coat of matt/glossy MRF HS Clear or approved equivalent on outer surface, fixed with SS screws/ nut bolt painted with matching color PU Paint. The double MS Frame works shall be of MS Structure (paid seaprately at relevant items). The whole facia front & back shall be covered with 3mm thick aluminium sheet / panel with folding method, so as no screw/ revet from front. The central aea shall have 5mm thick Acrylic sheet as desired colour fixed with aluminium anodised snapon clip frame and shall be illuminated in the back/ side, having 66 IP LED light modules as approved color fixed with heavy duty tape of make 3M/avery dennison or approved equivalent of illumination with appropriate control gears in required numbers and of same make as that of LED, FRLS rated wiring of approved make, IP 66 control gear box of RITTAL/sintex or approved equivalent of suitable size for installation of gears controls, including installation/ fixing on floor using chemical anchor fasteners of HILTI/FISHER or approved equivalent, including all civil foundation as per approved design & shop drawings/ MS Structure (MS structure paid separately at relevant items) works complete as per site requirement, including foundation excavation, refilling, RCC, reinforcement, centering and shuttering and disposal of excess malba etc. complete as desired and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing & fixing at all heights and locations Letters made up of Stainless steel, grade 304 of approved make made out of laser cut shape in required design, language & font, including buffing, polishing and fixing by sufficient numbers of tape/ adhesive/fast/nut-bolts / PVC sleeves and Steel screws etc, all complete as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer in charge. Providing & fixing pictograms in 304 grade 1.5 mm thick brush finished Stainless steel sheet at all levels and locations prepared using silk printing technology/ etching, filling with industrial paint in required colours and baking to the required condition at required temperature for obtaining desired shine and gloss, in required font, design, pattern and size including buffing, polishing etc. The signages sheet to be fixed on black poweder coated minimum 9.4 mm wide slim aluminum frame profile as approved using with 3M VHB double sided tape of 12mm width/ high quality chemical tape of approved make on prepared surface, including fixing over walls/door/ceiling hanging / partition/glass etc as per site condition required, all complete as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer in charge. Photoluminous Signage (Emergency Exit) Providing & fixing Photo luminous signage at all levels and locations, informatory/ directional/warning signages in required font, design, pattern and size made of 3 mm thick odorless Acrylic sheets of make A-Cast/ Acrylite/ or approved equivalent, conforming to specific gravity of 1.19, tensile strength of 69 MPA, percentage elongation of 4.2 %, modulus of elasticity 2800 MPA (ASTM –D638), refractive index of 149, (ASTM-D542) Rockwell hardness of M94 (ASTM – D785), water absorption of 0.2 % (ASTM- D570) total light transmission of 92 % (ASTM – D 1003) chemical, UV & weather resistant, having excellent insulation properties, abrasions resistant of approved color, of approved quality and make, with beveled edges having self-adhesive self-luminescent vinyl sheet ( film thickness >150 micron, luminescent duration minimum 4 hours) of make 3M/ avery dennison or approved equivalent over which the signage/ letter cutout/ clear printing made of vinyl sheet ( film thickness > 80 micron) of make 3M/ avery dennsion or approved equivalent is pasted in required colour, font, design, pattern,including fixing over walls/ceiling hanging / partition/glass etc as per side condition required etc. The signages sheet to be fixed on black powder coated minimum 9.4mm wide slim aluminum frame profile as approved using with 3M VHB double sided tape of 12mm width / high quality chemical tape of approved make on prepared surface, all complete as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer in charge. Emergency Direction signs-Illuminated Providing & fixing illuminated emergency sign including all operation from fabrications to installation all complete as per drawings, technical specifications signage schedule and to the satisfactions of the Engineer in charge. Sign face sign face shall be made in 5mm thick laminated acrylic ( as specified ) having graphics pasted on the inside with translucent white vinyl pasted over plotter cut translucent vinyl. The plotter cut translucent vinyl to match the specified colour (colour pantone XXXX) and of specified make duly approved by the Engineer in charge. Sign Box The sign box 80mm deep shall be made out of 1.6mm thick CRCA MS sheet fabricated and provided same with material support channel and ties welded to sign channel. All fabrications shall be done using CNC machines. Sign box shall be provided with openings with mesh from inside for ventilation. Complete sign box including channel supports are to be powder coated to match RAL 9016. Sign box flange receiving the sign face shall be provided with slots to receive the rivets to fix the sign frame. Lighting All internal illumination shall be using power LED strip edge light with electronic controllers, with 90 minutes UPS / solid state circuit battery back up having even spread and overlaps to avoid banding and dark spots. Cost to include all internal connections and Wiring, terminating and connecting the incoming cable laid by Existing contractor at the site . Accessories Providing and fixing all accessories such as thimbles, end connectors, nut-inserts, bolt washers, Hanging arrangment (chain/clutch wire) if required nuts etc. all complete as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer in charge. Retro-Reflectorised Traffic Signs - Cautionary, Mandatory & Informatory (Double sided / single sided) Supply , Assembly, Installation, connecting, testing and commissioning of sign boards as shown in the drawing made of Micro prismatic type retro-reflective sheeting conforming to Type-XI ( 3M/ avery dennsion make) sheeting of ASTM-D4956 and IRC 67:2010, pasted on 2 mm thick aluninium sheet. The front side is to be covered with Micro Prismatic Retro-reflective sheeting with coloured electro-cut sheeting as per approved colour scheme. The board shall be pasted with the help of double sided very high bond tape on the back frame made of MS angle of size 75x75x6mm including installation of the same with 1 no. of 80mm dia epoxy painted seemless medium class MS pipe at a height so that the bottom of sign board shall be at a minimum height of 2.10 Mtr above the road. The MS Pipes shall be fixed on foundation with 4 nos of 12mm dia 500 mm long J type foundation bolt casted in foundation of nominal size 600mmx600mmx800mm deep made with M-25 ratio cement concrete on PCC 1:5:10 ratio of size 600mmx600mmx100mm thick complete as per special condition of contract and approved design & shop drawings including foundation excavation, refilling, RCC, reinforcement, centering and shuttering and disposal of excess malba etc. all complete as desired and direction of Engineer in charge. Providing and fixing retro reflective sign, made out of 3mm thick CNC cut Alumminium composite panel sheet of (Aludecore / Alucobond make) made of Micro prismatic type retro-reflective sheeting conforming to Type-XI ( 3M/ avery dennsion make) sheeting of ASTM-D4956 and IRC 67:2010 of yellow colour or as approved colour pasted over it and display matter in Digital vinyl print on clear vinyl duly laminated and pasted over the retro reflective sheeting. The sign to be fixed on wall/ column using required number of screws and PVC sleeves, all complete and directions of the Engineer-In-Charge. (Size of letter 400 x 400 mm )

Road Studs Providing of Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 – DO III Dt 11.06. 1997 or as per updated circular. The height, width and length shall not exceed 20 mm, 105 mm and 105 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. Fixing will be without nails but by using twin polymer shanks using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation including site clearance etc and complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Median Marker Providing of median marker made of tough, high impact resistant, injection- moulded, thermoplastic body with an isosceles trapezoidal structure of length, width and height not less than 12 cm, 10 cm and 10 cm respectively and thickness not less than 1.8 mm. The Median Marker shall have fluorescent yellow color retro-reflective sheeting of size not less than 8.5 cm x 8.5 cm and with fully reflective micro prismatic sheeting as its retro-reflective elements and meets ASTM D 4956-09 type XI as per IRC-67:2010,Table 6.9 specifications and the sheeting manufacturer's name shall be embossed on median marker. The retro-reflective sheeting shall be one side or both sides of the Median Marker as per the requirement and shall be edge protected with no exposed edges that prevent edge lifting, vandalism, sheeting damage etc. The Median Marker shall be fixed by a combination of epoxy adhesive and grouting etc complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge. The Median Marker is embedded in M-15 cement concrete in pit size 200 mm X 200 mm X 300 mm.

Providing and fixing made of Micro prismatic type retro-reflective sheeting conforming to Type-XI ( 3M/ avery dennsion make) sheeting of ASTM-D4956 and IRC 67:2010 of required colour, to be fixed directly on wall / glass or any other smooth surface and direction by Engineer in charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and Epoxy paint using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works
