SH:II-Steel Girder Composite Bridge

Supply and fabrication of steel work at Fabricators work shop comprising of Main Girders, Cross Girders, Connecting plates, stringers, stiffening plates etc. from steel plates and structural steel of specified grades as per approved drawing including straightening, descaling, degreasing, cutting to size and shape, drilling, welding and grinding, supply of all MS / HTS shop or site bolts, nuts & washers, holding down bolts and nuts etc., trial assembling at workshop, one priming coat of shop paint with red lead paint conforming to IS-102 with all labour, material, cost of paints, consumables, stacking in protected condition etc complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge (Carriage cost from fabricator workshop to actual bridge site will be paid separately).

Taking delivery of fabricated steel work from stacks at site as necessary, assembling and erection at site as necessary, assembling and erection of fabricated steel structure to proper line, level and camber as per approved drawings complete in asll respect including transportation and handling supply of all fasteners. Painting of all exposed surfaces of steel work after erection with one coat of red lead conforming to IS-102 and two coats Aluminium paint to IS-2339, grouting of anchor bolts in position, including all labour, consumables, materials, machinery, tools and tackles complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Cost of transportation of fabricated steel (Bridge component) complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Decking slab Furnishing and Placing Reinforced/ Prestressed cement concrete in super-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification RCC/PSC Grade M35, Using Concrete Mixer, For solid slab super-structure, 18-28% of (a+b+c) ,Height 5m to 10m.

Supplying, fitting, and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 1002, 1010 and 1202.

Mastic Asphalt (Providing and laying 12 mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course on top of deck slab excluding prime coat with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 9.5 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces not less than 100 deg. C, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 515.)

Painting on concrete surface : Providing and applying 2 coats of water based cement paint to unplastered concrete surface after cleaning the surface of dirt, dust, oil, grease, efflorescence and applying paint @ of 1 litre for 2 sqm.

Strip Seal Expansion Joint : Providing and laying of a strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 70 mm, complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications to be installed by the manufacturer/supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturer's instructions for installation.

Sub Soil Investigation & Load Testing Cost of transportation of planks, equipments and personal effects to the side of work and back as per the mobilization.

Boring drilling hole at the abuitments , anchor block in river banks though allkind of soil and rock up to depth of 20 mtr from the ground level (50mmdia).

Completion of laboratory test result including preparation and submission of report.

Load Testing of Super structure of bridge after completion in all respect using static loading method to determine accpectance criteria of design as per IRC:SP:51-2015 complete as per direction of Engineer- In-Charge.

SH:III-Bank Protection

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material Manual Means. Depth upto 3 m.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.

Boulder apron laid in wire crates (Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates made with 4mm dia GI wire conforming to IS: 280 & IS:4826 in 100mm x 100mm mesh (weaved diagonally) including 10% extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg each.)
