Repair to sub main wiring distribution board and connected at Zone A and B at Mil Stn Patiala under GE(S) Patiala

Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables including getting out in any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any kind of soil.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Material and labour for sand cushioning for cables 8 cm below the cable and 15 cm above with dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of underground cable line including spreading, leveling, well ramming completed all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for old size brick well burnt, laid flat, for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of GI tubing light grade 40 mm bore for passing through cables under the floor ,along the wall or along the pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & lay in replacement of existing unserviceable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy dutyelectric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade of cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 3 & 1/2 Core all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for sub main wiring two single core PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with 6 Sqmm multi -strand copper conductor drawing in PVC concealed conduit with 6 Sqmm PVC copper conductor cable as in earth wire system ,including taking out old wiring complete all as directed. Note: Neccessary cutting chasing wherever required and making good the disturbed surface shall be part of job at no extra cost.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB SP up to 6-32 Amp all as specified and directed. Make: Havells Cat part No : DHMGBSPF006-032

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB SPN 6-32 Amp complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells Cat part No DHMGCSNF006-032

Supply & fix in replacement of existing unserviceable Sheet metal enclosure with new DB’s with degree of protection IP 54 suitable for MCBs of single pole and neutral 8 way double door type with 200 amp rated bus bar. Note: i) Connnections of the MCB'S shall be done with appropriate size of brass/Cooper thimble. ii) The DB shall be fiush fixed and making good the disturbed surface shall be part of job at no extra cost.

S&F in replacement sheet metal enclosures distribution boards, double door three phase 415 volts 4 ways (one incoming three phase & four out goings three phase )for MCCB,ISOLATOR&MCB,s comprising three phase four wire copper strip bus bar of appropriate capacity complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following (a)MCCB FOUR POLE 100 AMPS AC 415 VOLTS 10 KA IHLGSF0100 =01 NO as incoming (Note :- (i)The DB shall be VTPN series of MDS-LOADKONTAKT(ii) The DB shall be flush fixed ,and making good the disturbed surface matching with existing specifications shall be part of job at no extra cost.(iii)connection of theMCCBs/ MCBs with cable shall be made through appropriate size pin /bottle type thimble -properly crimped.(1v) all the vacant holes of the DB shall be provided with blank plates of appropriate size. (v) double continuous earth wire shall be provided for each three phase DB from earthing mains dolly.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm tthick buried directly in ground(earth plate not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4mm dia by means of nuts bolts,washers,check nuts of iron or steel including test point PCC pits and RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 (type B-1) including iron angle frme 40*40*6mm. and medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and 15 mm bore GI pipe light grade proection pipe including excavation and charcoal ,common salt surrounded with 15cm all around the plate all as specified and shown in EP-3 of SSR Part-I
