SPECIAL REPAIRS AGAINST BER ITEMS CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS, SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS AND RO UNDER AGE(I) POKARAN

Supply, installastion, commissioning and testing of Centrifugal Pump set of capacity (3 HP) 3 phase 415 Volts complete with starter panel and PCC foundation.

Supply, installastion, commissioning and testing of Centrifugal Pump set of capacity (or 1 HP) ,single phase 230 volts head upto 14 meter flow rate 420 LPM complete with starter panel and PCC foundation.

Supply, install,testing and commissioning single stage split casing centrifugal/monoblock pump set for clear water capacity 20 HP not less than including 20-80 ltr per second @ 22 Mtr head mounted on base frame , electric driven, 3 phase, 440 Volt, 4 Wire, 50 cycles ,AC, 1500 RPM with copper wound induction motor directly coupled including CI casing and impeller, CI260(012) suitable size of suction pipe and discharge pipe sizes 150x100 mm (GI/DI/CI pipe), connection from sump to pumps delivery to main header coupling guard, presssure gauges at delivery side , necessary numbers of sluice valves, air release valves, CI foot valves, Automatic star delta starter of suitable capacity/size and all accessories as recommended by manufacturer for PCC foundation and MS channel suitable size, nut bolts and washers, vibration rubber pads complete all as specified and as directed consisting of following :- (a) Centrifugal Pump set Model No : UP 100/38, Split Case of Kirloskar or equivalent as specified in make list and Induction Motor of Make Kirloskar/Crompton or equivalent as specified in make list Note : (a) PCC foundation, base frame and all other minor items shall be provided as per manufacturer instructions and directed by Engr in charge. Cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. (b) S&F ASD Starter of suitable size for LT panels, connecting cables from panels to pumps of 20 HP capacities pumps ( pump houses ) as directed by Engr Incharge. Tenderer is advised to inspect site before quoting the rates. (c) S&F suitable copper connecting cables from starter to induction motor.

Supply , install, lowering of any capacity, testing and commisioning of subemersible pump set of capacity 10 HP, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, 415 Volts, outlet dia of 100/150 mm in existing borewell with necessary arrangements for including raising of existing old submersible pumpset of any size and any depth of borewell and lowering of new submersible pumpset including electrical and mechanical connections to outlet all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

supply and lay three core copper wire/solid copper conductor of size 16 sqmm and balance starnded copper, XLPE insulated cores laid up ,PVC innersheathed. Unarmoured /armoured required for submersibble connection cable including necessary cable lugs all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.
