Reinforced cement concrete in M-25 Grade (1:1:2) in all RCC work with Coarse sand, Crushed Stone Aggregate (12.5 mm to 20mm ), Mechanically mixed and properly compacted including cost of all materials (but excluding cost of steel), iucluding labour and T&P with all leads and lift/down for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as per drawing and I.D. specification.
