SCHEDULE 'A' PART I (BUILDING WORKS)

Construction of Guard Rest Room including toilet in single storey building with permt specification with RCC framed construction, ATT, WPT and Mosquito proofing complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Construction of Watch Tower with permt specification with RCC framed construction, ATT, WPT and Mosquito proofing complete complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Construction of Pump House building with permannent specification complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Construction of RCC underground sump in M-30 of 10,000 Ltrs capacity including excavation in all type of starta, foundation concrete, container wall, bottom slab, top RCC roof slab with CI manhole covers and with plaster and water proofing as per zonal specification including epoxy paint inside, refilling of earth and disposal of surplus earth witthin 50 mtr lead, including all piping connections, valves internal electrification, MS ladder, ventilation shaft, BB chambers with 5m of outer wall of tank complete including test for water tigtness and hydraulic functioning complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

M&L for construction of Soakage wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC filled with brick bats of size 1.2 M dia X 3.0 M deep complete all as specified & shown in Drg No TD-217 Sheet No 1/2 & 2/2 and directed.
