GYPSUM CEILING:Plain Gypsum Ceiling (12mm Thick) Providing and fixing in position Gypsum board false ceiling with 12.5 mm thick Gypsum boards, screwed/fixed to the under structure of suspended G.I. Grid constructed and suspended from the main ceiling consisting of ceiling sections of size 25 x 50 mm maximum center to center distance of 600 milimetre perimeter channel and intermediate channels at maximum center to center distance 1200 milimetre galvanized grid should be fixed to reinforced cement concrete slab. The gypsum board should be fixed to galvanized iron grid with necessary screws. The boards should be taped and filled from underside to give smooth, seamless ceiling. The rate should include necessary additional ceiling sections and intermediate channels.Additional intermediate channels should be fixed to strap hangers for additional support to prevent strapping at every 1200 milimetre item to be completed in all respect including necessary sleeves for ducts finishing of joints cut outs, painting including labour, material, lifts etc. all complete. Providing and Fixing Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with Dune (Bevelled Tegular) Edge Tiles of size 15mm Exposed Grid. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%,NRC 0.5, Light Reflectance 85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance UK Class 0 / Class 1 (BS 476 pt - 6 &7) in module size of 600 x 600 x 16mm , with Recycled content of 35 %. The tile shall be laid on precoated G.I.channel height 32 with 15 mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching and XL2 CLIP on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm and 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 32mm and a load carrying capacity of 7.57 Kgs/M2 and pull out stength of minimum 100 Kgs.. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per M2 and need to be installed with Suspension system. The Tile and Grid system used together should carry a 10 year warranty.approved as per GRIHA and BS 476 etc. complete. (PWD SSR 2022-23 I No:38-49 / Pg No:242)

Providing & Fixing in position 76mm thk. wooden partition, including 50x50 Salwood frame work and covering with 12mm. ply including making openings for windows and doors. insertion of T.W. member whereever necessary, cutting of holes to partition, provision for electrical conduits, 6mm. ply for skirting of height 100 mm with 1mm laminate covering of approved colour & shade item complete as per detailed drawings and as directed by Architect/ Engineer-in-charge.

Providing,Fabricating and installing at site WPC jali as per approved design and detail with 12 mm high density boards of Aercone/Gyproc or equivalent make to be screwed to base frame made out of 60x40x x2mm MS hollow tube finished with oil painting with all necessary bracket (above partition wall) complete as per detailed drawing & as directed by Architect/ Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing in position glass door (900x2500) of 12mm thick toughened glass of Modigaurd or equivalent alongwith the holes required for fising fittings, including floor hinges of ozone or equivalent, top/bottom patch fitting, patch lock and top pivot fitting including scrapping for fixing the floor hinge, cleaning etc complete,

Providing & Fixing in position 8 mm. Toughned glass with etching for windows fixed in 10mmx10 mm T.W. beading. or 6mm. M.D.F. with duco paint, insertion of T.W. member whereever necessary, cutting of holes to partition, item complete.

PVC edge band and vertical support made out of 18 mm thk.plywood with laminate both side full round post form and remaining two sides finished with 2 mm thk. PVC edge band. Modesty made out of 18 mm thk.plywood with laminate both sides finished with 2 mm thk.
