Dismantling of existing any type and any size of broken poles and setting aside including dismantling of cross arms (channel/ angles), insulators and earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes: (i) Rates includes demolition of concrete and making good. (ii) Dismantling of cross arms (Channels/angles) and insulators will be measured and paid seperately under respective item of schedule.

Material and labour for prestressed cement concrete poles 11 M long of size 152 mm x152 mm at top and 152 mm x 260 mm at bottom, class-9, conforming to relavent latest IS including refixing of connecting items complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) PCC Work, excavation and earthwork will be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (ii) Refixing of cross arms (Channels/angles) and insulators will be measured and paid seperately under respective item of schedule. (iii) The PCC pole shall be marked with manufacturer name, IS number, class and CG etc.(iv) Necessary Zebra painting to be carried out on the bottom of pole upto 1.5 Mtr and cost is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Material and labour for steel structure, cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates of any type, section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding ,bending cold or hot in any size and shape all as directed Including two coats of aluminium paints over a coat of red oxide primer incl preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep and site clearance in soft and loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for laying of cable and foundation in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50m and deposting where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm including spreading, leveling and watering complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground cable for cushioning 8cm below the cable and 15cm above cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm and abutting each other with gap between adjacent precast concrete cable cover not exceeding 10 mm over underground cables for protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Auguring/ Driling /Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology by mannual /machine, suitable for fixing 100 mm bore GI pipe at a depth 60 cm to 100 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for GI tubing light grade (ISI marked) with all fitting/accessories for protection of cable on pole/wall including clamps, nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing and lay of XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, HT 11 KV (E) grade cross sectional area 95 sq mm 3.0 core, laid in trenches/ducts /encased in GI pipe /fixed to pole including taking out of U/S cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for end jointing kit,outdoor type. heat shinkable, 95 sqmm 3 core suitable for 11 KV (E) grade, XLPE insulated electric power cable with jointing materials and accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as item no 14 but straight through.

Supply and fix switch air break, gang operated triple pole mechanically operated, mounted on insulator (09 insulators as directed by Engr-in-Charge) and steel frame with operating mechanism including spring loaded mechanism set of three working from ground level, including locking arrangement of Current rating up to 200 Amps (Vertical type or horizontal type as per site requirement), 11000 volt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement swing out expulsion fuse assembly single pole (drop out fuse) for 11000 Volts of cap. above 50 & upto 100 Amps complete with MS channel, post insulators etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for pedestal of poles/copping including necessary frame work ,fair finishing to exposed surfaces using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of pole /struts/stay assembly/foundation of transformers, VCB, RMU etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide but exceeding 1.5m in depth for errection of PCC pole in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, whith letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT pole of size 25 x 20 cm including fixing arrangement with iron stip 25mm x 3mm with nut, bolts and paints and including removing of old notice plates etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
