Taking out the unsv self starter (24 volts) for repair and overhauling the same with replacement of carbon brush, carbon brush holder, pinion, G M. bush, armature taping, winding. varnishing and heating the field coil, greasing the bearing. Reassembling the self starter, refixing in engine including replacement of starting switch and repairing to panel board wiring and testing complete.

All as per above item No 40 here-in-before but for 12 Volt.

Repair to battery charger of 12/24 volts capacity complete by replacing the defective parts such as diode,rectifier including repair to dimmer and replacement of Ameter complete.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of Printed Circuit Board Card (EC-2 Relay Card) in existing DG set 62.5 to 100 KVA capacity AMF panel board. Make: Kirlosker/micronems/Verdic electronic

Supply & Fix in replacement of battery lead for 12V, Battery copper conduct for PVC insulated multi strand 1.25 m long duly fixed with terminals and lugs (440/014 or equivalent to 95 sqmm).

Supply & fixing in replacement of water/Oil temperature gauge suitable for existing DG Set.

M / L For disconnecting the alternator from DG Setof 62.5/80 KVA for rewinding of armature winding & bring to civil worshop,cutting and removing burnt copper wire including insulating material ,cleaning & removing corbon (smoke) particals and Rewinding the armature with good quilty of insulated copper wire of same wieght & size of existing wire, jointing,varnshing,and heating ,Reassembling and taking back at site refitting &reconnecting complete testing on full load .
