RE-CONSTRUCTION OF FOOTPATH WITH 60MM THICK INTERLOCKING PAVER BLOCK ON V-4 ROAD SECTOR 40, CHANDIGARH

Dismantling of existing kerbs and stacking the serviceable properly at site and disposal of the unserviceable kerbs and channels upto average lead of 2 Kms.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of hardening compound :- All work up to plinth level:1:1 1/2:3 (1 Cement : 1 1/2 coarse sand 3 graded stone aggregate), 20 mm nominal size

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. DSR 16.83

Fixing of old kerb after excavating/ filling the earth to required level and grade complete in all respect. The rate also includes cost of filling and pointing of joints with cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement 4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing PCC kerbs of size 1’-0” x 1'-0” having 4” thickness at bottom and 3” thickness at top and made of plain cement concrete 1:2:4 duly vibrated and compacted. The rates also includes the cost of filling and pointing of joints between kerbs with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement 3 course sand) Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer In Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - -All work upto plinth level: ( 1 Cement: 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) (DSR 4.1.10)

Re-fixing of interlocking paver blocks including 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 including re-handling of all material complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. By using retrieved paver blocks.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver blocks grade made by block making machine with strong vibrating cpompaction and approved size and design/shape laid in required color and pattern over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer -in-charge
