Taking down old point wiring for light/fan /5A/15A switch socket complete with switches/ switch sockets/ ceiling roses/Resistance type fan regulator / light fitting etc complete with all accessories.

Taking down submain wiring of any size and making good the disturbed surface of wall, floors, ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking down old unserviceble ceiling fan / Exhaust fan connectiing cable end dismantling the fan blades kept in safe custody and handed over to MES Store all as per specified

Taking down Unserviceble MCB DB,SPN,TPN with MCBs Main switch any rating

Fixing only of LED light fittings 1x20 watt removed good working condition fittings kept in store with out damaging in safe custody and re-fixing the LED fittings after repair work completed.

Point wiring with cable of FRLS copper multistranded conductor 1.5 sqmm 1100 volts grade drawn through in PVC conduit with all accessories fixing arrangements and all conduit accessories in conceled wiring fixed on ceiling / fixed to roof/truss/columns etc including provision of branded modular inner and outer modular plate with frame and PVC surface type box of suitable size conceiled in wall, surface for housing switches / sockets / regulators etc with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper earth continuity conductor connecting to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the following Note:- Conduit pipes are run on surface wall where ever its required. (a) One light point controlled by one switch

(b) One ceiling fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one switch and a regulator

(c) One 5 amps socket point on independent board.
