Raising the height of MS Grill in the lift lobby passage area at all floors in Nalanda Officers Quarters, Chembur, Mumbai

Cutting and refixing the top pipe of existing hand railing; Cutting the exising curved top MS pipe of diametre 50 mm from the existing railing and refixing the same after raising the height of the existing railing by 300 mm with all means tools and tackles, including gridder/ cutter/ welding or any other approved means and refixing the same rigidly by welding with existing MS sections as the top of hand railing, including providing and fixing additional MS plate fixed with minium 4 numbers of anchor fasteners or MS flat plates of size 50 mm x 5 mm, and of length 1.25 metres, fixed vertically on both the ends of the hand railing as done at the 12th floor of C-wing.
