Dismantling of existing SS hand Railing without any damage from Terminal building and refixing the same at other location as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Mode of measurement :length and overall height of railing only shall be taken for measurement).

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Dismantling Granite work in floors laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead and disposal outside the airport premises. For thickness of tiles 18 mm to 25 mm

Dismantling of existing immigration counters from ground floor area and refixing at 1st floor SHA area without any damage as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing wash basin , Toilet area Sanitary Fittings accessories including Taps,Shower, waste hose , pipes ,mirror, closet, flusing tank etc..from each retiring room at terminal building and to handed over to Civil office ( store ) as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and refixing of existing Acrylic sheet of 10mm thick partition with SS 304 frame ,tower bolts,nuts,including transport etc. as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing in position check-in-counter unit as per drawing Nos AAI/CHK/INA/01R, AAI/CHK/INA/02R, AAI/CHK/INA/03R. The counters shall be constructed with 18mm thick marine grade plywood, 50.6mm dia, 25.3mm dia, 16 gauge SS pipes framework on the inside as approved and overlaid on the front and either sides of the check-in-counter, gate and covering for conveyor. The top surface shall be provided with 20mm thick approved quality granite slab(jet black) with rounded edge as directed. The working top shall also be provided with 20mm thick approved quality black granite slab over wooden/plywood frame work as per drawing. The counter shall be provide with space for BTP, ATB, UPS,CPU & Monitor with framework Marine plywood of specified thickness as per drawing. The exposed edges of plywood shall be provided with semicircular SS beading. The exposed surfaces of plywood shall be provided with SS hairline finish 18 gauge plain & perforated sheet, while the other surfaces shall be provided with two or more coats synthetic enamel paint after giving a putty finish as per drawing etc. complete. with all required stainless steel fittings such as hinges and handles, strips, rivets, buttons, locks, telescopic drawer slides, spring clips, etc. All hardware items unless otherwise specified shall be the best quality available. The rate shall also include the cost of giving provisions for running electrical conduits with removable covers for maintenance/repair, provision for fitting light fixtures, plugs, etc. but excluding the cost of electrical fittings, cables and conduits. Providing of false ceiling at all heights with integral MW AL METAL PLAIN TEGULAR false ceiling tiles of Size 595mmx595mmx0.70mm ,The tile shall be electrostatically polyester powder coated using RoHS compliant powder having coating thickness ranging from 60-80 microns ,to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33mmthick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides)comprising of main-T runners of size 15x32mm of length 3600 mm,cross - T of size 15x32mm of length 1200 mm and secondaryintermediate cross-T of size 12x32mm of length 600mm to formgrid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised consisting of accessories manufactured and supplied by Knauf consisting of M6 Anchor Fasteners with hanger hole, pre–Straightened Hanger wire of dia – 2.5 mm of 1.80 m length having a tensile strength of 344-413 MPa and a minimum loading strength of 110 kgs. Additionally, adjustable hook clips made of 0.7mm thick Grade 1 C55 galvanized spring steel of dimension 100 x 20mm and 4 mm aquiline wire to be used for level adjustment during installation purpose in main runners , fixed with Glavanised iron perimeter wall angle or size 24x24x0.33 mm of length 3600 mm to be fixed on periphey wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall S.S screws. Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Polished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

Providing and placing in position Immigration Counter of dimensions 2200x1800x1200mm as per approved drawing attached, frame work made with 19mm thick boiling water proof grade commercial board confirming to IS 1659 (Merino, Century, Greenply or equivalent) and complete exterior surface finished with 12mm thick solid acrylic polymer sheet of (Corian / LG / Staron / Hanex / Tristone or equivalent) approved colour combination including sanding, polishing, edge moulding, jointing, Inlays / Sublimation (if required) and thermoforming of the solid polymer sheets to the required shape and fixing to the framework by using approved adhesive of original manufacturer. All the interior surface shall be finished with 1mm thick suede / gloss finish laminate confirming to IS 2046 of approved colour and pattern (Formica, Greenlam/Merino/Century or equivalent) and fixing to the frame work by using approved adhesives of original manufacturer with all necessary accessories like stainless steel screws/SS Hinges/telescopic channels for drawers / handles / locks bottom support / necessary cutouts/wire manager including PVC flooring ,12mm thick Swing door made up of opaque glass with SS fittings, etc. all complete as per drawing and direction of EIC. The complete work includes construction of frame work, fixing of solid acrylic sheets with necessary moulding of edges, fixing of laminate, drawers, shutters and all necessary hardware and placing in position of entire counter, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Providing and fixing partition upto ceiling height consisting of G.I. frame and required board, including providing and fixing of frame work made of special section power pressed/ roll form G.I. sheet with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm(both side inclusive), consisting of floor and ceiling channel 50mm wide having equal flanges of 32 mm and 0.50 mm thick, fixed to the floor and ceiling at the spacing of 610 mm centre to centre with dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia meter 50 mm length or suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs and the studs 48 mm wide having one flange of 34 mm and other flange 36 mm and 0.50 mm thick fixed vertically within flanges of floor and ceiling channel and placed at a spacing of 610 mm centre to centre by 6 mm dia bolts and nuts, including fixing of studs along both ends of partition fixed flush to wall with suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs at spacing of 450 mm centre to centre, and fixing of boards to both side of frame work by 25 mm long dry wall screws on studs, floor and ceiling channels at the spacing of 300 mm centre to centre. Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with :12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum moisture resistant board
