Supply, install, testing and commissioning of 20 Mtr motorised High mast shaft in two sections, internally and externally hot dip galvanised with average 70 microns, designed for 50M/Sec wind speed, comprising of raising and lowering system, 6mm dia stainless steel wire ropes 3 no for Lantern carriage and 2 no for winch, head frame, double drum winch with luminaire mounting arm, lantern carriage suitable to install 9 to 12 Nos luminaires in symmetrical arrangement, trailing cable 1100 volts grade ISI marked multistranded copper conductor cable 6 core 2.5 sq mm, connector, integral power tool suitable for handling the total head load, , pully assembly, LED aviation obstruction light, lightning arrester spike including necessary foundation with RCC M-25 grade concrete for high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10T/sqm at 2 metre depth as per manufacture's design complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing of Led Flood Light fitting 200 Watt having efficacy >120 lm/w system output of minimum 48000 lumens,THD< 10% PF>.95 CRI >70 CCT 5700-6400k With IP 66 protection single piece die cast aluminium housing having pc with IK 08 luminaries. Led driver should be potted and Encapsuled.Surge protection should 4kv and 10 kv external SPD housed in luminaries. LM 79 and LM 80 report submitted at the time of product approval And only well reputed LED chip make install in fixture Cree,Osram,Brdgelox,Nexon etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply Installation & Commissioning of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar with 32A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch, 25A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button, Incoming 35 sq. mm and out going 16 & 2.5 sq. mm terminals, mounted on suitable foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide & not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundation ,laying of cable or pipe (wherever provided for protection of cable or fixing poles) and stay and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying fine sand for cable protection in layers incl punning complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Punned thickness shall be measured for the payment.
