Taking down chowkats or frames exc. 1.5 sqm and n. exc. 4.0 Square metre each with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) including cutting holes to facilitate the taking down, inserting hold fast while provision and making good disturbed surfaces in cement mortar 1:3, or cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, as required, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Square metre and n.exc 2 Square metre each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and refixing in the same opening of shutter of any description exceeding 1 Sqm and n.exc. 2 sqm each including easing and adjusting as required complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/ceosetory windows and other Frames/chowkhat of size 65 x 125 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maxium toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minium frame density of 750 kg/Cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (face) and 1100 N (Edge), minium compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of bearing termite/ borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and as directed. (M.S. hold fast/lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately.) Note:- For WPC soild door/Windows frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.)

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) Solid plain flush door shutter of 30 mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), Calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) and 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulud of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing 4mm thick ACP board (Aluminium Composite Panel) fixed to aluminium frames complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Aluminium alloy anodised sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) 300 mm long and fixing clips of sheet cast or extruded sections and fixing bolt or cast aluminium alloy& fixed complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section of size 150mm long complete all as specified and as directed.
