Demolition of cement concrete of Roofs, floors, beams, staircases, landing, (other than ground floor) chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Plain Cement Concrete in ground floor and paving not exc 15cm thick (below or above) ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surface, stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0(12.5mm graded stone aggregate)as in roof finish surface even and fair finished of the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed/bedding layer as in roof slab for roof finishing in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured separately.

Providing and laying EPDM membrane water proofing treatment with membrane thickness 1.50 mm on the RCC roof surfaces after properly preparing the surface by cleaning and removing any sharp material like reinforcement steel, loose foreign materials, oil, grease etc and ensuring a smooth surface. Membrane shall be fully adhered with high strength, solvent based having quick bonding between the membrane with the help of bonding adhesive as per manufacturer's standard instructions (suitable for temp and environmental condition of the site). Overlap joint shall be made using factory applied secure Tape technology. Membrane shall have minimum of 75mm side and end laps which shall be sealed with highly formulated double sided SECURE TAPE. All the end of the vertical side of the membrane shall be mechanically terminated with extruded aluminium termination bar with nail and sealed with water cut off mastic and lap sealant. All the detailing like inside corners, outside corners, pipe penetrations etc shall be with Elasto form flashing and splicing cement as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 mixed finished even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion in camouflage pattern paint over one coat of alkali resistance priming coat on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE- work to be carried out up to 6 m height)

Complete removal of existing treatment of old surfaces of walls & applying one coat weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion in camouflage pattern paint over one coat of alkali resistance priming coat on wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. (NOTE- work to be carried out up to 6 m height)

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in ramp flooring finishing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick/ stone masonry built in cement mortar including in all quoins etc and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on concrete surface as in facia, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix air termination single pointed copper rod not less than 12mm dia and 300mm long including fixing of GI base on epoxy insulators of suitable size to isolate from the roof and fixing of insulators on roof over the purlin using self tapping screws of suitable length or other means to make the roof leakage proof for fixing of air terminal rod and connecting with down/roof conductors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs/PCC Block (size 200x200x200mm) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix copper strip of size 20x3mm including epoxy/porcelain insulators of suitable size, distance between insulators not more than 1 mtr including fixing screws washers etc complete for PCC block of size 200x200x200mm including cost of PCC block for RCC roof, using screws, washers, gutti/rawal plugs etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and screw end connected to existing Aluminium/GI strips complete including 3 nos. 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screw complete and including fixing of test point with sheet metal enclosure on insulators to isolate from the walls, fixing of of insulators on wall using suitable size of screws, washers, gutti/rawal plugs etc, including making good to disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix GI pipe light grade including provision of all fittings laid in pavement, road crossing and soil complete of size 40mm dia for protection of GI strip complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly to ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Mtr below the ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.65 Mtr below normal ground level connected to 20 x 3mm copper strip and earthing lead protected with 50 mm dia GI pipe light grade filling around with charcoal dust and salt including excavation, returning, filling of earth and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and connected to GI strip by means of GI nuts, bolts and washers strip connected to earth plate including chamber PCC 1 : 3 : 6 type C1. using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in concrete pit pre-cast RCC 40 mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia round at the rate of 75 mm C/C both way with 12 mm dia mild steel plain bar lifting handle 2 Nos funnel with wire mesh 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade watering pipe and frame work complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part - I 2009 including testing complete. (20x3mm copper earth strip upto 7.5 m length in included in unit rate quoted by contractor and beyond this length the same shall be measured & paid separately.
