Surface excavation not exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas n exec 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas n exec 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all a specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting/filling incl watering as requied, filling in hollows and depressions which occur during the process of rolling using 8 to 12 tonne power rolled to gradient and camber requied complete all as specified and directed.

Soiling (or sub-base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber for 150mm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in two layers of 7.5 cm thickness with coarse aggregates (granite, trap or basalt stone aggregate) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of WBM top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 at the rate of 10 Kg per 10 Sqm on WBM surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness not exc 75 mm thick ) binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen using VG-30 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen VG-30 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, spread by means of self propelled mechanical spreader/paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using Tandem vibratory steel wheel, Static steel wheel rollers min capacity 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) In design mix criteria if bituminous binder required more than 5.5% nothing extra shall be admissible in quoted rates. (ii) If bituminous binder quantity less than 5.5% then Rs.46.50 per Kg shall be deducted from quoted rates. (iii) Quoted Rates shall be inclusive of above provisions and bidder should consider this aspect while quoting the rates and no claim on this account shall be entertained at later stage.

S&F Cat Eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplesn reflector of Model No. DA 972.0 fixed with incl MS Stud of suitable size as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and dirceted.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows, etc and the like n exec 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved color conforming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for continuous brick edging width equal to depth of bricks of sub class 'B' bricks and laid dry on end vertically complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Moorum/red bajri filling 75mm thick spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, Class NP2 with collars laid and jointed complete all as specified and dircted.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes of bore 300mm dia including packing under and completely surrounding pipe with concrete after they are laid and tested in Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Forming embankment including raising or lowering earth spreading in layers n exc 30cm thick watered rammed/rolled and finished to required size shape etc n exc 1.50m high from base complete all as specified and directed.
