Servicing of 02 ton split type air conditioner (Voltas and Hitachi make) 03 times in year including servicing of air conditioner by cleaning of filters and washing with air pressure and solvent etc. including all labour/T&P and material. The details of as under (1) 220 KV S/S Mahoba 07 AC (ii) 132 KV S/S Panwari.- 10 AC (iii) 132 KV S/S Sarila - 08 AC (iv) 132 KV S/S Kabrai - 04 AC (v) 132 KV S/S Hamirpur - 08 AC

Dection of leakge point in refrigerant pipe in bitween indoor and outdoor unit and attending the same by brazing and refilling ofrefrigerant gas as per requirement in 02 ton split A.C. . The details are as under. (i) 132 KV S/S Panwari - 02 Nos. (ii) 132 KV S/S Sarila - 02 Nos. (iii)132 KV S/S Hamirpur - 01 No. (iv) 220 KV S/S Mahoba - 01 No.
Repairing of PCB of A.C. including replecement of defective thermostat for auto control of temprecher. Details are as under. (i) 132 KV S/S Panwari - 03 Nos. (ii) 132 KV S/S Sarila - 02 Nos.
Repair/replacement of defective exhaust fan moter of 02 ton split A.C. outdoor unit.
Replacement of damaged compressor unit by new unit of A.C. compressor of same rating and make. The old scrap material (defective compresso unit will be retain by contractor. The details are as under. (i) 132 KV S/S Panwari - 01 Nos. (For 02 Ton Split type)
Replacement of defective capacitor of compressor unit by new one of rating - 50 Mfd, 220 Volt A.C.
Replacement of defective filter of cooling unit.
Reparing of voltage stablizer unit fieeding A.C. supply to air conditioner.The details are as under. (i) 132 KV S/S Sarila - 02 Nos. (ii) 132 KV S/S Panwari - 02 Nos.
Replacement of condenser coil for split/window A.C. The details as under (i) 132 KV S/S Sarila.
Rates qouted by the bidders shall be without taxes. Taxes applicable if any to paid extra
