Attending complaints related to carpenter work and obtaining completion from user including repair/easing of doors re-fixing or tightening of doors, windows, resecuring of door/window wire guage, (fixing only) builders hardwares, helical door spring including use of all types of nails, screws etc which are required to make good the work, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Attending complaints related to plumbing/water supply and obtaining completion from user including minor repair such as replacement of washers, tightening of taps, tightening of check nuts/unions/sockets/PVC connection etc and making water supply functional in case of blockage, refixing of GI pipe joints, application of white cement where required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. NOTE : The contractor shall deploy one SUPERVISOR alongwith necessary transport to collect all the complaints from MES complaint cell on daily basis (from 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs) in all working days and to supervise his workers/ tradesman (plumber/carpenter/masson/blacksmith) in totality. He will maintain the record of all complaints received on daily basis and summarise the stores consumed and complaints attended and give the completion to the concerned JEs. The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to include for the above provision and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. T&P for attending the jobs will be provided by the contractor.
