The job further includes carriage of repaired electric transformer from workshop to pumping station by mechanical transport and manual labour approximately 500 meter head. Complete job. Job includes recapitalization to 100 KVA electric transformer of pumping station Tandar stage-0 by way of extraction of transformer assembly, 0pening of transformer top cover, draining of transformer oil and opening of side channels and lamination by using skilled labour and special tools and tackles. Draining the transformer oil followed by cleaning the oil tank from inside to remove sludge with the help of scrubbers and chemicals. Taking out all the coils after opening the connections. Replacement of damaged aluminum HT coils and LT coils-03 legs. Refitting of coils to the cores after repair / replacement of damaged coils. Assembling of transformer cores into the transformer tank. Refitting of side channel laminations after welding to oil tank to make it leak proof. Refilling of transformer oil after dehydration and topping up of new transformer oil with 50 liters. Heating of transformer by shorting circuiting. Replacement of LT bush with rods-4nos, and HT bush with rods-3nos, LT side insulator. Providing and fitting of gasket, nuts, bolts and terminal set. Construction of concrete platform by way of excavation / earthwork of size 1mx2.5x2m. Providing and laying of 1mx1.5m x1.5 RCC Cement bottoming as per REC Standards in 1:2:4 mix. Providing, erection / installation of two nos. of 9 mtrs poles alongwith gapless surge arrestor 9 KV, to 10 KV, LA with polymer housing-1no, 1 no. link set 3 phase, 11 KV polymeric composite pin insulator 12KV, 5 kn, lightening impulse-3nos. galvanized stay set-2no. Earthing of sub-station. 11 KV horn gap fuse set 3 phase 200 ampere. 185mm2 cable 1.1 KV grade, PVC insulated stranded conductor FRLS type. 11 KV polymeric composite Disc insulator 12 K. Cement bottoming 1:2:4 mix as per REC standards. Installation, testing and commissioning of transformer by way of mounting on the platform with the help of chain pulley block and manual labour. Connecting the cable connections and drop out connections, testing and commissioning of transformer on full load at site. The job also includes the cost of skill labour, hire charges, special tools and tackles, manual labour and material charges. Complete job.
