Taking down carefully ceiling fan / exhaust fan / cabin fan / wall mounted fan by disconnecting electric connection for repairing such as rewinding, and replacement of defective spare part, over hauling and painting etc as required re-fixing in the same position after carry out the repairs works, and connecting complete all as directed. Note:- (i) Servicing and Repairing such as rewinding, replacement of defective spare part, connecting wire etc shall be measured & paid separately (ii) Over hauling and painting will be measured & paid separately.

Electronic fan regulator step type upto 300 watts with 5 step speed control for fans any sweep 1200 mm/1400 mm, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Piano type switch single pole 5 Amps one way 230 volts, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC ceiling rose 65 x 50 mm surface type with 3 terminals, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Electronic fan regulator step type upto 120 watts of 2 module modular type with 5 step speed control for fans any sweep 1200 mm/1400 mm, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the ceiling fans complete of any size/any make and carrying out servicing the fans including greasing/ oiling/ repairs and replacing the gutter pin and checking of safety pin , replacing unserviceable/rusted nut bolts, split pins rubber wheel etc.re-connecting the fans to ceiling rose/connector complete with two core copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm from fan to ceiling rose, complete all as specified and directed.

Rewinding of ceiling fan of any sweep and make by dismantling the ceiling fan, removing the burnt winding, cleaning slot, replacement of defective nut bolts washer etc and rewinding with using appropriate size of super enamelled copper winding wire thermal class-E, including varnishing and reassembling and testing, complete all as specified and directed.

Bush suitable for ceiling fan of size 1200/1400 mm sweep, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Ball bearing suitable for ceiling fan of size 1200/1400 mm sweep, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Capacitors 2.5 MFD for the fans in position, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Down rods 450 mm long fabricate out of 15 mm dia GI tubing light grade duly threaded for check nut and drilled hole for split pin and U clamp bolts, nuts, washers, rubber split pin check nut etc suitable for ceiling fan 1200 to 1400 mm sweep, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Down rods 1500 mm long fabricate out of 15 mm dia GI tubing light grade duly threaded for check nut and drilled hole for split pin and U clamp bolts, nuts, washers, rubber split pin check nut etc suitable for ceiling fan 1200 to 1400 mm sweep, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Fan clamp suitable for fixing down rod for ceiling fan including rubber reel ,bolt ,nut ,washers,split pin, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Fan hook on RCC ceiling made of mild steel back plate , hook and mounting with two Nos expandable anchor bolts and tightening nuts including making necessary holes, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Rewinding of exhaust fan motor with super enamelled copper winding of same gauge and weight after cutting and removing the existing burnt windings including varnishing, heating and providing fresh insulating materials, cleaning, oiling, greasing and tightening all the bolts, nuts, washer, screws, camps for the 225mm sweep to 300mm sweep and refixing the same, complete all as specified and directed. all as specified and directed.

Rewinding of exhaust fan motor with super enamelled copper winding of same gauge and weight after cutting and removing the existing burnt windings including varnishing, heating and providing fresh insulating materials, cleaning, oiling, greasing and tightening all the bolts, nuts, washer, screws, camps for 375/380mm sweep to 450mm sweep and refixing the same, complete all as specified and directed. .

Bush suitable for exhaust fans of any make/size, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Ball bearing suitable for exhaust fan of any size and make, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Mounting brackets, nuts, bolts, rubber set bush / pad suitable for any size of exhaust fan, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Spray painting to Exhaust fans of any size and sweep complete with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour after cleaning and making good the surface and numbering with black paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down exhaust fan of any size/make from wall, dismantling blades and cleaning the fan, refixing the same duly tightining the blades and replacing unserviceable bolts/nuts and making good the disturbed surface of wall and refixing the same, complete all as specified and directed.

Exhaust fan blades of metal body up to 300 mm sweep size, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 25 above but for more than 300mm sweep, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Exhaust fan blades of PVC body of any size, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Exhaust fan louvers of any size to be fixed in replacement, testing down from any height of building, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down wall mounting fan of any size/make/material from wall, dismantling blades and cleaning the fan and refixing the same duly tightining the blades by replacing unserviceable bolts/nuts and making good the disturbed surface of wall and refixing the same, complete all as specified and directed.

Rewinding of 400mm sweep wall mounting fan motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of same guage and weight of existing winding including cutting and removing the exiting winding, cleaning of rotor/ starter, varnishing, heating and provision of fresh insulating material and refixing the same, complete all as specified and directed.

Spray painting to Wall mounted fans of any size and sweep complete with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and quality after cleaning and making good the surface and numbering with black paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of storage type electric water heater (geyser) of capacity 25 litres comprising of the following works: - (i) Taking down geysers from existing position after disconnecting all electrical & water supply connection. (ii) Opening / dismantling & cleaning of all parts & checking for its serviceability. (iii) Cleaning / descaling of thermostat & inner tank with descaling solution & water leakage testing of tank & rectification of leakage. (iv) Checking of pressure reducing valves & non return valve etc. to ensures free movement / smooth operation of these components. (v) Checking of overflow / vent pipes and removing blockages / obstructions if any. (v) Reassembling the geyser, replacement of minor spare part such as nut, bolt, screw, rubber packing etc & refixing in same position, reconnecting with electric & water supply connection, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: All major defective unserviceable components such as thermostat, storage tank, heating elements, safety valves etc required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective items of this BOQ, however quoted rates shall be deemed to includes for minor spare parts such as nut- bolts, screw, glands, packing etc.

Base assembly suitable for 25 ltr capacity geyser as per the existing size and make complete with inlet, outlet / thermostat pocket, drain plug suitable plug holding clamps bolts, nuts, washers, rubber gaskets etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only geyser 50/25 ltrs capacity in new position including drilling holes on wall ,fixing four Nos anchor bolts,nuts and washers and connecting to the water and electric connections and testing, complete all as directed. Note : Geysers shall be issued under sch B for free for fixing

Plug top 3 pin 5 amps 230 volts, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with single pole 20A MCB, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of defective Solar water heater 100 litres capacity with electric back up system after disconnecting the existing water supply/ electrical connections from any height of the building, including stripping out the hot water vessel by taking out the outer cover, insulating materials etc. and continuous brazing of the inner container for arresting leakages including replacement of defective / worn out spare parts and re-assembling the system and re-installed at the same location, connecting up water/ electrical connections and testing for satisfactory performance, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) Defective/ worn out spare parts costing upto Rs. 500/- overall is deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. (ii) Servicing of Flat plate collector shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.
