Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc (not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5 mtr including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth is to be leveled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil.

P/L of dry stone soling tightly hand packed under foundation & under floors incld. all carriages up to site of work complete.

P/L in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level in 1:4:8 mix (1 Cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded stone agg.40mm Normal Size) using crushed agg. Including all carriages. up to site of work complete.

Providing & laying in position specified grade of reinforcement concrete (In beams, suspended floors, columns etc.) upto plinth level excl. the cost of centering & shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 1:1.5:3 {1 cement:1.5 coarse sand: 3 crushed graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size incl. all carriages up to site of work complete

P/L in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level in 1:2:4 mix (1 Cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone agg.20mm Normal Size) using crushed agg. Including all carriages. up to site of work complete.

15 mm thick cement sand plaster in 1:4 mix (1 cement:4 course sand)

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, and placing in position and binding all complete upto floor-V level. (TMT Bars of grade FE-500 or more)

Cement concrete 50 mm thick flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded crushed stone agg. 20mm nominal size -crushed) finished with a floating coat of neat cement incl. cement slurry, but excl. the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete

Centering & shuttering including strutting, propping, etc. & removal of form work for:-a) foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass conc.

Cleaning of chocked drains and roads by way of engagement of labours incl. disposal of rubbish outside the periphery as directed by site Engineer.
