Operation of 11 KV substations comprising of MSS, ASS-I, ASS-II & LSS in University Campus round the clock by deploying electrician in three shifts each of 8 hours on all days including sunday and holidays and 1No.helper in general shift only on weekdays as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge for feeding 11 KV normal/emergency power supply from MSS to 3 nos. of Auxiliary Substations comprised with VCB Panels, RMUs, L. T. Panels, transformers and bus ducts installations etc. in all the substations as per the scope of work and terms and conditions defined in tender document. Skilled (Operator/Electrician)

Annual routine/preventaive maintenance of HT panels equipped with VCBs, transformers, HT ring main units, HT VCB changeover, power pack, main HT cables terminations, RMU and other equipments installed in various sub-stations as per inventory as Annexure-I & II at GGSIPU as per scope of work and terms & conditions defined in tender document.

Annual routine/preventaive/Curative maintenance and complete servicing of 3/4 pole, 440 volt, 50 Hz Air Circuit breaker of rating 800 Amps to 2500 Amps of ABB make at Sub Stations i.e. MSS, LSS, ASS-1 & ASS-II including cleaning the contacts with CRC liquid, testing closing/opening and tripping mechanism, charging circuits, testing control circuits, relays, fuses, indicating lights, all measuring instruments and providing jelly on male/female contacts complete as required as Annexure-III as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge and terms & conditions defined in tender document.

Annual routine/preventaive/Curative maintenance of capacitor panel etc complete of rating 80 KVR to 425 KVR at Sub Stations i.e. MSS, LSS, ASS-1 & ASS-II including cleaning complete as required as Annexure-IV as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge and terms & conditions defined in tender document.

Dehydration of insulating Transformer oil of 11 KV Transformers with Filteration Machine equipped with suitable capacity heating system including cost of transportation of Filteration Machine, checking dielectric strength of oil at site after dehydration complete as required.

Replacement of worn out Silica Gel with new Silica Gel for the breather of the Transformer complete as required.

Providing and refilling of insulating Transformer Oil for topping up of Transformer complete as required. Make:- Power/APAR/ Transol etc.

Locating cable fault of under ground 11 KV, HT cables of sizes up to 630 Sq.mm with the help of Fault Locating Machine including pin pointing the location of cable fault complete as required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Making High Pot Test of 11 KV cable with the help of High Pot Machine by providing a surge voltage between 15 KV to 18 KV after making straight through joint (excluding straight through joint) including discharging the cable after test and connecting both ends of cable with VCBs terminals after successful completion of test complete as required as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

To carryingout thermography of cable end terminations of the H.T. and L.T. Panels, Transformers with H.T. & L.T. Side, Bas bar link etc. in Sub Stations i.e. MSS, LSS, ASS-1 & ASS-II and submitting the reports generated comprising of observations and thermography Images, comments and recommendation for necessary action for the following installation:

Supply and making straight through cable jointing with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including ferrules suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required: 120 sq. mm

Supply and making straight through cable jointing with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including ferrules suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required: 300 sq. mm

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required : 70/ 95 sq. mm

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required : 120 sq. mm

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required : 300 sq. mm

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required :70/95 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. Upto 120 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. Above 120 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. Upto 120 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. Above 120 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Supply of heavy duty 11KV grade, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed armoured cable with aluminium conductor for the following size with ISI mark confirming to IS : 7098 part-1 amended up to date as required. 3x95 sqmm Aluminium conductor cable

Supply of heavy duty 11KV grade, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed armoured cable with aluminium conductor for the following size with ISI mark confirming to IS : 7098 part-1 amended up to date as required. 3 x 120 sqmm Aluminium conductor cable

Supply of heavy duty 11KV grade, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed armoured cable with aluminium conductor for the following size with ISI mark confirming to IS : 7098 part-1 amended up to date as required. 3 x 300 sqmm Aluminium conductor cable

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix ( i/c equivalent design mix).

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drain (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10sqm on plan),including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms,lift upto 1.5m. Including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m (A) All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth,sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50m and lift upto 1.5 m

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.a) 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 Coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Supply the following material for repair of 11KV RMU CCVV type ABB Make in various Sub-Stations and taking away the old same defective parts as credit items on buy back basis etc and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge Gas charging/refilling the SF6 Gas etc as required.

Supply the following material for repair of 11KV RMU CCVV type ABB Make in various Sub-Stations and taking away the old same defective parts as credit items on buy back basis etc and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge Operating mechanism complete

Round the clock operation of 2 Nos. 1500 & 1 No. 1010 KVA capacity, 11 KV DG sets alongwith associated installations, equipments such as Engine, Alternator, Batteries, PLC Panel, Auxiliary Panel, Coil Coolers and Air Washers which includes general equipment cleaning and daily checks etc. by deploying following manpower and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
