Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Bars upto 12 mm diameter

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect.

SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make)modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 gradedcoarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curinghas been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm2)

Providing and fixing floor swing pair for existing 12 mm thick toughfened glass double shutter Door as per the design etc complete approved by the Engineer incharge(Approx size of Door- 2x0.91x2.05=3.73 Sqm)) (Approved make for Fittings- Dorma,Enox or Equi. as approved by the Engineer in charge) Item includes removal of the existing floor swings.

Providing and fixing floor swing pair for existing aluminium glass 8mm double shutter Door as per the design etc complete approved by the Engineer incharge(Size of Door- 2x0.65x2.05=2.66 Sqm) (Approved make for Fittings- Godraj or Equi. as approved by the Engineer in charge) Item includes removal of the existing floor swings.

Repairing and Servicing cleaning of the existing existing aluminium glass double shutter Door with alignment and oiling for floor swing etc. repair work etc complete approved by the Engineer incharge(Approx size of Door- 2x0.65x2.05=2.66 Sqm)

Providing and fixing frosted thin film over glass door and partiton, of colour,design and make as approved by the Engineer in charge. Item includes the removal of the existing film and cleaning the glass surface etc. complete.

Cleaning of chocked sewer line manually or by mechanical means with chembers along the sewer line. Item includes flushing by water for cleaning, desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines including all skilled man power required with safety measures for the sewer line of dia. 150 mm to 300mm etc. all complete as per the instructions of the Engineer incharge.
