INTERNAL ELETRIFICATION NOTE:- For items of internal Electrifications notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-III (internal Electrification) on sl. page no. 31 shall also be applicable.

Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits), with multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm nominal cross-sectional area, single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, ISI-694 marked with valid CML No. in and including medium grade, PVC concealed conduit and conduit accessories concealed in wall/roof/floor etc, ISI marked with valid CML No.(IS-9537-1983 for conduits and IS:3419:1976 for conduit accessories), with mild steel/pressed steel sunken boxes( with earth dolly) duly painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint/aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer internally, and two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer externally, covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover for fixing of switches, sockets and fan regulators etc, including PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed at site for the following:-

(a) One light point controlled by one switch

(b) One fan/Exhaust point controlled by one switch.

(c) One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on independent board.

(d) One 3 pin socket outlet on same board.

Supply of LED tube light wall/ceiling mounting, minimum capacity of 1x18W LED box type tube light with system lumens with efficiacy>115 Lm/W at system level (including the driver loss). The luminaire should have cool day light colour temp of 6500K CRI>80. Life 40000 burning hours with 70% lumen maintainance. PF>0.95 surge protection of > 2KV. All the photometrical and electrical parameters must be supported by LM 79-80 test report from NABL, Accredited lab OR UL switching cycle of 50000 times lamp starting time is not more that one sec. The LED lamp starting time is not more that one sec.b The LED tube light confirms to applicable IS 10322/EN 60598. Housing of batten should be made from piece powder coated CRCA sheet steel.

Supply and fixing MCB triple pole and neutral , 63 Amps,415 V complete all as specified and directed.

S/F Sheet metal enclosures for fixing MCBs Single pole and neutral 8 way, 240 volts with 200 Amps rated bus bar with double door fixed on flush to the wall including making the hole in the wall and fixing the DB including cement work and plastering complete all as directed.

S&F MCB SPN 250 Volts of capacity 10 to 30 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB SP 250 Volts of capacity 5 to 30 Amps 'B' type complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for submain wiring with 2 runs of 4.0 sqmm single core PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable drawn through rigid non metallic PVC concealed conduit with one run of 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and necessary connections all as directed. Note : 2 runs of 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor and 1 run of 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor and 1 run of PVC conduit of size 25 mm will be measured as single run complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix building street light fitting LED lamp type 1 X40W single phase 240 V with all fittings/fixtures prewired, gear cum reflector made of CRCA sheet steel, canopy made of Die cast aluminum painted with stove enameled white paint inside and grey outside, highly transparent clear ribbed acrylic cover held in aluminum frame and screwed to canopy with rubber gasket with hing arrangement including 25 mm dia galvanised iron pipe light grade bracket bent to shape over all length 1.2 mtr fixed to wall with 2 Nos clamps made of flat iron of size 25 x 6mm and suitable bolts and nuts with washers, including connecting with PVC insulated multi stranded copper flexible cable of size 0.5 Sqm three core from ceiling rose to fitting all as specified and directed.

S&F Geyser (Water Heater) of 25 lts capacity with 5 star rating working with single phase 230 volt including connecting assessories including fixing arrangements and PVC connection of suitable size for hot and cold water complete all as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY--

Supply and fixing of foot valve assy with strainer of brass/gun metal of 50mm dia for suction pipe in U/G sump including taking out and lower the suction pipe all as directed

M&L Construction of brick valve pit of size 600mm x 600mm x 600 mm construction complete with Mild steel sheet cover 6mm thick and angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x6 mm duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and incl locking arrangement and lifting handle all as specified and directed. All inner surface of pit shall be plastered in cement mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick complete, incl excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of submersible pump electrical driven 415 Volt TP monoblock type including suitable Star delta starter all as directed of capacity 152 LPM discharge at 30 mtr Head of 3 HP including necessary foundation and GI Heavy duty pipe line not more than 10 mtr long for connection work to main line foot valve with strainer , slim seal butterfly valve to suite delivery pipe of pump, nonreturn valve and 3 core copper conductor submersible cable of suitable size from starter to pump complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELETRIFICATION -

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1, flat with peak, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing of 7mtr height hot dip galvanised octagonal pole with 130mm bottom dia and 70mm top dia made with 3mm thick heat treated sheet along with base plate of size 200x200x12mm thick it is also include 04Nos of M 201x600mm long J type EN 8 grade foundation bolt withsingle arm bracket of suitable size including connector, MCBs and hot dip galvanized single arm standard bracket for mounting of street light fittings complete all as specified and directed

M&L Steel Tubular swaged welded pole, type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) including cast iron base plate, Finial Taper Plug, Cap, Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Screws etc. Including applying two coat of Black bituminous Paint Internally and Externally up to Planting depth and applying two coats of aluminium painting over a coat of red oxide primer including writing MES HT Pole and Blue reflector strip with synthetic enamel paint ( First Grade/quality) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earthwork and PCC work will be measured and paid seperately.

The enclosure shall be Powder Coated (Colour Light Gray & D.A.Gray ). Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The Compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for each compartment. -01job (F)INTERCONNECTION AND EARTHING Interconnection Between HT switchgear & Transformer using 1 core x95 Sq.mm HT XLPE armoured Aluminium cable & Interconnection between Transformer & LT switchgear using Copper Bus bars or Suitable size of XLPE insulated copper cable. ROAD PATH AND CULVERT

M&L 150mm thick(compacted thickness) WMM(Wet Mix Macadam) (layed in two layers of 75mm each layer) prepared incontinuous mixing plant , spreading should be done by mechanical paver and not be dumped in heaps, power roller should be used for rolling and consolidated to gradient and camber required and the final layer should be allowed to dry for 24 hrs including necessary lateral support and formwork if required using crushed stone coarse aggregate of maximum size 40mm of grading as specified type igneous rock such as granite/trap/basalt etc complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F sand stone patti edging of roughly squared stone of size 50 to 60 mm thick and 300 mm deep and 50 to 60cm long flush edge including excavation and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

M&L for On site Hume Pipe septic tank for 05 users designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, Vent shaft, connection etc., complete for brick work in CM 1:4 plastering mixed with WPC incl RCC/CI manhole cover, cement pipe & Sludge chamber complete all as specified and directed
