EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Supply, laying in trenches DWC pipe 75mm dia ISI marked suitable for LT cable proptection all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for road cutting by excavation with width of 0.5 mtr and redressing of surfaces after the completion of the work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply install testing and commissioing of chlorine Dosing system with Non-metallic solution tank of 100 ltrs capacity with motor driven agitator to maintain uniform suspension through out the tank, electrically operated, chlorine dosing tank of 100 ltrs capacity of PE/FRP MOC with PE/FRP lid & level gauge along with single phase electric motor and agitator, 120 watts, 960 RPM, 230 Volts, 50 Hz, and having speed controller to reduce speed upto 800 RPM, with shaft & blade in plastic, mounted on tank. Lid must have port hole for pouring calcium hypochlorite and water when necessary. Lid must have provision for mounting dosing pump on the lid/wall including high pressure single head gear motored adjustable Dosing Pump set, uneffected on dry running having no loss of prime, independent of back pressure and able to handle both chemical solutions as well as suspension, 230 volts, 50 Hz, AC, 44 RPM, 1/30 fraction HP having output 2US GPD to 40 US GPD complete with accessories i.e. lead tubing, connecting nuts, injection check valve, clay weight and ferrules including complete installation all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, Install, testing and commissioning LT Distribution Panel (CPRI approved) cubicle type IP-54, indoor type factory fabricated pre-wired made out of 2mm thick with CRCA MS sheet outer & 2mm thick CRCA sheet inner of suitable size to accommodate all accessories / fittings compartmentalized in construction to accommodate the incoming MCCB and TPN bus bars and outgoing feeders . The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coated heat shringable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC support . The incoming as well as outgoing MCCBs shall have extension links of current carrying capacity not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC support having provision for termination of incoming and outgoing cables. All extension links/ interconnections hsall colour coated sleeves. The cubical shall have frame work at botom of MS chanel MC 100 fixed to the top of platform duly grouted with PCC with adequate opening for entry of cable complete as per manufacturers recommendation & directed by Engineer-in-Charge . A detacheable gland plate of thickness not less than 3 mm thick should be used at the bottom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size compression glands, the panel shall be painting with powder coated finish with RAL 7032 SIEMENS GRAY Structure after seven tank phosphating treatment , front & back opening type, and fixing 2 Nos danger notice plate to LT Panel with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English with double door shutter and shall have lourvers and airvent gasket for natural flow of air Neoprene adhesive type gasket shall be used to make panel vermin proof and comprising of following :-

Supplying and fixing RCC M-25 precast manhole cover slab size 600mm x 600mm x 75mm thick (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) conforming to IS 12592 as in cover slabs supported on walls, manhole slabs, roofs, canopies deck slab, shelves & similar works complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of blockage of sewer line manually by rodding from manholes and taking out solid/ semi solid sludge from manholes, removing and depositing in excavated pit to a distance exc 50m but not exc 250m including cleaning of sewer line by flushing of water and spreading of bleaching power over sludge deposited in the pit.
