Sch 'A' Sec-X (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) Notes: (i) This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under column 5 signifies this fact only. Internal Electrification .

M&L for point wiring with 1100 volts grade PVC insulated FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable 2.5 sqmm (Phase-Red& Neutral-Black) and earth continuity conductor 2.5 Sqmm (Green) drawn into and including concealed rigid non metallic PVC conduit medium grade not less than 20mm bore, ISI marked ivory colour with all conduit fittings/fixing accessories and unwelded sunken galvanized pressed steel terminal boxes of thickness not less than 1.2mm covered with 3 mm thick phenolic laminated white sheet cover for mounting switches as required for one light point control by one, one way switch. complete, all as specified & directed.

Make: L&T Cat No. BVTL004DD/ indoasian Cat No. 81888 or equivalent from specified make in PS.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

M&L for construction of Septic tank for 20 user , exccvation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:4:8, brick work in CM 1:4, RCC slab covers incl RCC precast manhole cover having 6 mm plate embeded all around/fibre reinforced cover with angle iron frame, vent shaft and sludge chamber etc, complete, all as specified & shown in drawing.

M&L for construction of Soakage wells 1.80 M dia and 3.00 M effective depth Soakage wells, excavation, in any type soil, fdn in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masnory with top ring of M-25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masnory in CM, RCC cover slab in M-25/SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats, complete, all as specified & shown on drgs.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY .

M&L for brick masonry valve pit of size 90x90x105 cm (internal dimension of chamber incl plastering internal and flush pointing to external as the work proceeds in same mortar complete with MS sheet cover handle, packing arrangement, earth work in any type of soil incl removal to n.exc 50 mtr and painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer to steel surfaces complete all as specified and shown on drg.

Excavation by trenchless technology boring of holes under road pavement ,hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound, technique and necessary machineries including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4 Mpa working pressure, complete, all as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION .

S&F street light Luminaires 60 Watt LED, AC 230 volts, IP 65 degree protection, new generation saving & environmental friedly long life versatile powder coated pressure die cast aluminium luminaires with high power LED street light with heat resistance toughened glass with lens as light sourse complete with 105 lumens per watt CRI>80,THD<10% and PF > 0.95 including making connection with street light junction box and including bracket of GI pipe 40mm dia & wiring with PVC insulated 3 core copper cable of size 23/0.0076 including nut, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Cat Part No LR02-501-XXX-57-XX of Wipro make or equivalent of C&S, Phllips, Polycab as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for factory made street/gate light junction box, single phase, 2 wire, 240 volts, weather proof pole mounted made out of 1.63 mm thick MS sheet of size 250x150x100mm depth, which shall be in accommodated with properly insulated R' Y' B & Neutral aluminium buses of 32 Amps rated current cap and including MCB SPN 6 Amps - 01 Nos, for connecting of street/gate light fittings, with hinged door and locking bolt, handle complete all as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron/steel all as shown in electric plate No 3 connected to earth test point/MCB DBs all as specified and indicated compete with funnel, charcoal, dust, salt etc and GI protection pipe, medium grade 15mm bore and GI watering pipe 20mm bore light grade with 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with suitable handle of 6 mm dia MS bar and angle iron 40x40x3mm frame for cover, PCC M-15 (Nominal mix) pit, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and connected all as specified .Note:-soil used for filling should be free from stones.
