Overhauling of GV 300 / 250 ATA, HO with bypass valve Dismantling the valve, cleaning all the parts, checking the seating surface, bearings, etc., Lapping gate/seat for perfect blue matching. Reassembling the valve with by new self-sealing rings and gland packing rings without any leak.

Overhauling of GV 200 / 64, 40, 16 ATA GV 150/ 250 ATA MO Dismantling the valve, cleaning all the parts, checking the gate / seat surfaces, Lapping the gate/seat for perfect blue matching. Reassembling the valve with new self-sealing ring, gland packing’s rings without any leak, Checking the Actuator thrust base bearing and apply lubrication.

Overhauling of GV 100 / 250 ATA, GV, GLV 2½” / 2500 class HO / MO. Dismantling the valve, cleaning all the parts, checking the seat / disc / gate / flap Surfaces, yoke bush etc. Lapping the gate / seat /disc / flap for perfect blue matching. Reassembling the valve with new gland packings and bonnet. Checking the Actuator thrust base bearing and apply lubrication.

Overhauling of GV 150/64, 40, 16 ATA HO, GV 6 “/ 600, 300, 150 class HO, GLV 150 /40 ATA , GLV 6 ” / 300 class HO/MO, SCNRV 200/40, 16 ATA. Dismantling the valve, cleaning all the parts, checking the seating surfaces, bearing, yoke bush etc., Lapping the gate/seat/disc/flap for perfect blue matching. Re-assembling the valve with new gland packing rings and bonnet gaskets without any leak. Checking the Actuator thrust base bearing and apply lubrication .

Overhauling of PNRV 100/250 ATA , GLV 100 / 40 , 16 ATA, GLV 4” / 600, 300 class HO / MO , SCNRV 150/ 40, 16 ATA, SRV 2.5 ” X4 ” / 300 Class ,GV 350/125 class & GV 300/125 class, SCNRV 350/125 class . Dismantling the valve, cleaning all the parts, checking the seating surfaces, bearing, yoke bush etc., Lapping the gate/seat/disc/flap for perfect blue matching. Re-assembling the valve with new gland packing rings and bonnet gaskets without any leak. Checking the Actuator thrust base bearing and apply lubrication.

Overhauling of GV 65 / 300 class , GLV / GV 50/ 64, 40 ATA, GLV 2” / 800, 1500, 2500 class HO/MO, SCNRV 100/16 ATA and GV, GLV 200/125 Class. Dismantling the valve, cleaning all the parts, checking the seating surfaces of Gate/seat/ disc/ flap, bearing yoke bushes thrust base of the actuator etc.. Lapping the seating surfaces of gate/ seat/disc / flap for perfect blue matching. Reassembling the valve with new gland packing rings and bonnet gaskets without any leak. Checking the Actuator thrust base bearing and apply lubrication.

Overhauling of Control valve 6” x 6”, 4” x 4”, 2.5”/2.5” /150, 300 class. Dismantling the valve, cleaning all the parts, checking the seating surfaces and actuator bearings. Lapping the gate / seat /flap for perfect blue matching, Reassembling the valve with new bonnet gaskets and gland packings.

Overhauling of GLV 1” / 800, 1500, 2500 Class HO/MO. Dismantling the valve, checking the seating surfaces. Cleaning all the parts. Lapping the disc with seat for perfect blue matching. Reassembling the valves with new gland packings and bonnet gaskets. Checking the Actuator thrust base bearing and apply lubrication

Changing the eroded pipe HPH Air Vent line (Orifice plate) Cutting the eroded and punctured pipes with orifice plates line HPH-5, 6 & 7 air evacuation line to FT(1) header line for a length of 400 mm removing the pipes of both sizes of the orifice plate connecting the orifice plate by welding and machining providing the pipes at both sides of the orifice plate and then with the lines by welding and replace orifice plate if necessary.

Cutting the man hole 500 x 600 mm in the Flash Tank No.1 & 2 for easy access to inspect the inner side of FT –I and attending to cracks & welding joint leak inside the Flash Tank No.I. a) Cutting the man hole (500 x 600 mm) in the Flash Tank – I for easy access to inspect the inner side of FT-1.

b) Cleaning the Flash Tank 1 grinding the cracked portion inside the tank bottom and middle welded joint and nozzle header joints etc. as per requirement and making ‘V’ grooves and welded the portion.

c) Grinding the manhole edge of the plate and Flash Tank-1 closing the manhole and welding after cleaning the inner side of the Flash Tank-1.

Cleaning and painting: Cleaning and painting of Cooling water and Auxiliary cooling water lines in Turbine area.

Pure Graphite Die molded Gland Packing Rings to with stand a pressure of 200 Ksc and Temperature of 600oC density between 1.4 – 1.6 gm/cc and carbon content minimum 99.5 % (Full Ring) size: 41.3 – 17.2 – 12 mm for Feed water, Steam line 1” HO/MO drain line valves.

Pure Graphite Die molded Gland Packing Rings to with stand a pressure of 200 Ksc and Temperature of 600oC density between 1.4 – 1.6 gm/cc and carbon content minimum 99.5 % (Full Ring) size: 55.6 – 27 – 13.5 mm for Feed water, Steam line 2” HO/MO drain line valves.
