Excavation in hard rock (blasting prohibited) with benching, chiselling and wedging such as hard rock, sheet rock and boulders in habitant areas where controlled blasting cannot be done with different lifts as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the departmental officers, including protecting walls and other structures, existing water supply lines, sewes, power cables, telephone cables/ducts, storm water drains, traffic signals etc.,wherever it is possible so as not to distrub the existing utility service etc., taking all precautionary measures in the restricted areas such as urban areas diversion of the traffic, removel of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and excluding backfilling for pipeline trenches for laying sewer/water supply lines/ foundations including all incidental and operational charges etc., complete. as directed by the HMWS&SB Engineers.

Barricading, Boarding, lighting and Watching etc., for pipe line trenches etc., complete as directed by the HMWS&SB Engineers.

Manufacturing, supply of 300mm dia MS Dummy conforming to IS 7322 secifications, manufactured by electric resistant welding (ERW) or submerged arc welding (SAW) process welded from MS plates conforming to IS 2062, grade -A/B painting both tha sides with epoxy paint in two coats including cost of MS plates, welding rods, epoxy paint and all other required materials inclusive of all taxes and duties and delivery of fabricated MS specials to site hosting and carefully lowering in to ready made trenches keeping in position true to alignment and gradient and perfect lining by jacking and jointing inclusive of all jointing materials and labour charges. and all other incidential and operational charges etc. complete as directed by the HMWS&SB Engineers.

Cost of 400 mm diax 18 mm thick M.S Flanges including cost of bolts, nuts, rubber packing etc., complete and flange thickness conforming to IS:7322-1985 and flange dimensions conforming to IS:1538-1993 excluding cost of MS specials including cost and conveyance to site etc., complete.complete for pipe line trenches as directed by the HMWS&SB Engineers.

Collection, Supply and filling ( quarry dust)with HBG stone chips 2.36mm and below in trenches of foundations and basement and the pipe line trenches with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick consolidating each deposited layer watering consoliditing each layer watering and ramming including cost of collection of sand and other requied materials conveyance of water to worksite and all operational incidental, labouer charges hire charges of T and P complete for finished item work ect., complete as directed by the H.M.W.S.&.S. Board Engineers.

Supply of good quality gravel for filling where ever required as directed by departmental officers including cost and conveyance of gravel, stacking, leveling, watering, tamping rolling, all leads, labour charges and other incidental and operational charges as directed by the H.M.W.S.&.S. Board Engineers.

Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) mix with 6mm to 20 mm guage hard granite machine crushed metal including cost and conveyance of all meterial to site, machine mixing of concrete, lifts, leads, form work laying in position, vibrating, compacting, curing, all labour charges, tools and plants and all other incidental and operational charges etc. complete as directed by departmental officers as directed by the H.M.W.S.&,S. Board Engineers.

Carting away the surplus excavated materials such as rock / earth from the site to a suitable distance of about 8 Kms including loading, unloading, conveyance charges and dumping the carted material at the contractors cost labour charges, all leads and lifts, all other incidential and operational charges etc., complete. as directed by the H.M.W.S.&. S. Board Engineers.

Supply and delivery fixing of RCC precast manholes chambers having the size of 36" at bottom tappering to 21" dia at top fixing in CC 1:4:8 Prop along with FRC cover HD -20 and frame laying CC design mix M-30 prop: Including cost of materials labour charges earth work curing conveyance etc., complete as directed by the HMWS&SB Engineers.

Making dummy arrangements to 400mm dia DI and CI inculding cost of CI socket tail piece with MS dummy plate and of Pig lead spun yarn and cost of joining material and all labour charges etc., complete as directed by the HMWS&SB Engineers.

Making junction work of 400 mm dia DI on 700 mm dia MS pipe including supply and fixing of suitable MS specials, by engaging requisite machinery including cost and conveyance of materials to work site, fuel, welder, electrotes, crew labour and all other operational incidental charges etc., complete as directed by the HMWS&SB Engineers.
