Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil all as specified and directed

Returining, filling in including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layer not exce 25 cm, all as specified and directed

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exce 50 m and deposited where directed at a level not exceding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Cutting cast iron pipes and reducing to required length before laying in position for insertion of new tees, branches, etc

Supply and laying DI pipes K-9 (tyton joint) with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast, Class LA, in any length laid in trenches of size 150mm complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, Earthwork, DI fittings shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

Construction valve chamber with bricks masonry of size 90x90x 90 cm (internal dimension) with 15 cms thick foundation using PCC 1:4:8, type D2, using (40 mm graded stone aggregate), 23 cm thick brick walls built in CM1:6, 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on internal and external surface (above ground level), finished even and fair without using extra cement 5mm thick MS sheet cover including 40x40x6 mm thick angle iron frame fixed on 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in including 25x6 mm flat iron hold fasts, handles, hinges with locking arrangement and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer to steel surface including excavation earthwork in hard / dense soil returning filling in disposal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 mtr outside MD land etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (22/0.30mm) PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable, 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked, FRLS type drawn through and including PVC conduit (ISI marked) of adequate size and its accessories with sand cast iron/pressed steel terminal boxes of size 1.2mm thick, with modular cover plate with frame of adequate required modules for one light or one fan point controlled by one switch incl 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) copper conductor cable (multistrand), FRLS type, PVC insulated and unsheathed with colour code earth wire connected to common earth dolly at one end and metalic bodies of luminaires/ fan at other end complete all as specified and directed for One light poin point controlled by one, one way swtich.
