M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of wire gauzed shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. S&F in-repair of laminated PVC Kitchen Cabinet of 300mm depth made out of 18mm thick one side decorative lamination & other side white lamination sheet & provision of shelves and shutters made out of 18 mm thick one side decorative laminated PVC sheet including all required brackets, SS screws, SS knobs, SS Handles, etc. The panels shall be fabricated using adhesive and screws where ever required. All the edges shall be covered with 2 mm thick edge bonding tape or 90º edge bent finish, completer all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. S&F of 0.50mm thick Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws with and including dismantling old existing sheets of any type and any thickness, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of Mild Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240, including dismantling existing old damaged steel framed work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius built and set in cement mortar 1:6, incl demolition of existing B/W,complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built and set in cement mortar 1:4, incl demolition of existing B/W,complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing roof treatment in the following steps:- (a) Taking out existing old damaged tarfelt/ membrane with and including roof tiling or lime concrete bed from roof surfaces and parapets, lowering and removing the same from MoD land. (b) Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. (c) Applying 20mm thick cement screed bed 1:4 mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instruction over a coat of cement slurry @ 3.00kg/ sqm to obtain required slope. (d) Applying evenly a prime coat of bitumen 85/25 @1.2 kg/ sq.m. (e) Applying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified.

S&F of super strong water proof tape having high polymer synthesis butyl glue suitable for roof leakage, surface cracks, tank leakage, sealing in door/ window gaps, etc. of 100mm wide, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc., laid over 20mm thick cement screed 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable tiles of any type and of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Vitrified Ceramic light shade tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc., laid over 20mm thick cement screed 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable tiles of any type and of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface (like skirting, dado, etc.) 350x 250x 7/ 300x 450x 7 mm thick, over 10mm thick cement screed 1:3 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable tiles of any type and of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing ceramic wall elevation cladding coloured tiles (stone/matt finish) in vertical surface 300x 600x 7mm/ 450x300x7 mm thick, over 10mm thick cement screed 1:3 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable tiles of any type and of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 18-20mm thick Granite work (of any type, table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like above 20mm thick bed in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously un-treated steel/iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of any tint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously un-treated wooden Surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of any tint over a coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 L n exc 1000L, setting a side (or lowering if required) for water tanks, dewatering, cleaning and sterilisation all dirt and scale and algae formation inside the tank bu using TERBAC G5/NB-10/Inchlor-5 (lab tested chemical) incl fixing sticker mentioning “ TANK CLEANED ON” with date, month and year. The cleaning process would follow fwg stages as under : (a) To drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system. (b) Cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G5/NB-10/Inchlor-5 chemical. (c) Scrubbing the walls with mechanized scrubber & fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. (d) 1st stage of bacteria screening by degermification by using TERBAC G5 halogen compound. (e) Cleaning the floor of the water tank by industrial vacuum cleaner. (f) 2nd stage of bacteria screening & sterilizing method by using UV ray within the tank & killing all suspended bacteria. (g) 3rd stage of bacteria screening by sterilizing the floor of water tank by using strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65/NB-60/Inoxi-60. Note : The quated rate to include for removal of mud, grits and deposits etc properly from site of work and on completion of wk, sterilization certificate to be submitted to Engr-in-Charge. NOTE: (i) Cleaning needs to be done mechanically by authorized dealer/agent as approved by GE. (ii) Chemical shall be approved by GE.
