Embankment/ Sub Grade Construction with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits Construction of embankment with approved material having CBR>7 obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-1, 300-2 and as per relevant clauses of section-300.

RCC Grade M 30 With Batching Plant (Pan Type or Twin Type Shaft type), Transit Mixer and Concrete Pump (i) For Solid slab & voided slab 2 Height 5 to 10 m
Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bars reinforcement in super- structure complete as per confirming to IS 1786:2000 drawing and technical specifications as per relevant clauses of section 1600 (i) FE 500
Providing and laying Cement concrete wearing coat 75 mm thick with M-30 grade concrete with cement , coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 19 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with static paver, spread, compacted and finished with power trowel in a continuous operation including provision of admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing but including cost of steel etc. including reinforcement, texuring with texuring brush complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications and as per relevant clauses of sections 1500, 1700 and Clause 2702 of specifications.

Strip Seal Expansion Joint Providing and laying of a strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 80 mm, complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications to be installed by the manufacturer/supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturer's instructions for installation. 1. The extrusion section shall be truly monolithic, and no welding shall be allowed in the section. 2. The minimum height of the extrusion shall be 80 mm, and the total cross-sectional area of the extrusions, including the seal- holding lip, shall be at least 1500 mm². 3. The minimum thickness of the seal-holding lip shall be 6 mm. However, the thickness of the extrusion throughout the section shall not be less than 10 mm. 4. The total cross-sectional area of the anchor loop or headed shear studs on each side of the joint shall not be less than 1600 mm² per meter length of the joint. The center-to-center spacing shall not exceed 250 mm for loop anchors and 150 mm for headed shear studs. The thickness of the anchor plate shall be at least 0.7 times the diameter of the anchor loop or 12 mm, whichever is greater. 5. The steel for edge beams shall conform to any of the following
