Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or walls tiles including cement mortar bedding but not backing and rubbish off permises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick Light shade vitrified ceramic tiles in floors, not exceeding 0.36 sqm over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 10 mm Light shade vitrified ceramic tiles, not exceeding 0.36 sqm as on vertical surface skirtings, dados etc, over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 for laying of floor tiles, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or neat cement mixed with pigments to match shade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm Dark shade vitrified ceramic tiles in floors, exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in neat cement mixed with pigments to match shade complete including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM 1:6. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick Dark shade vitrified ceramic tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding1.00 sqm in vertical surface such as skirtings, dados etc, with and including over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in neat cement mixed with pigments to match shade complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for (7-8)mm thick glazed ceramics coloured tiles of size 450x300mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados/wall, etc with and including over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in neat cement mixed with pigments to match shade complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for non skid joint free coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 for laying of floor tiles, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or neat cement mixed with pigments to match shade .complete all as specified and directed.
