M&L River dry sand cushioning to UG cables (8 cm deep before laying of cable and 15 cm deep over the cable) in trenches including punning to thickness up to 18 cm and consolidation, complete all as directed. Note :- Punned thickness only will be measured/ considered for payment.

Returning, filling in trenches in any kind soil in layers n.exc. 25 cm after laying of cables including spreading, levelling, and well ramming complete all as specified and directed.

The feeder pillar shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. The feeder pillar shall be made out of 3.00mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate and having front opening facility (with double layer shutter) and rear opening facility with single layer shutter with locking facility and 2 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel angle (50x50x5mm) legs of length 30 cm at bottom, suitable for mounting on the pedestal, The feeder pillar shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation. The feeder pillar shall be comprising of the followings :-

M&L Repairing of panel boards / busbar of any size by removing of incomer/out going cables and connecting the same with same size of new lugs , nut bolts & welded the damgaged / broken portion making all doors to freely operatable by using grease and painting of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer for metal surface of panels/ busbar surface area etc.

M&L for one coat Aluminium paint over the exisiting steel tubular poles 7.5/9.20 mtrs above ground including cross arms/ bracings/ clamps etc complete all as specified after cleaning the existing poles and making good surface and surrounding and writing the pole numbers with white letters on black background all/ stickers as specifeid and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for painting the PSC poles of height 7.0-9.20 mtr above ground with two coats of cement based paint above ground and two coats of aluminium paint on cross arms/ bracings/ clamps etc complete all as specified after cleaning the existing poles and making good surface and surrounding and writing the pole numbers with white/Black letters on black background all as specifeid and directed by the Engr-in-charge. all as directed at site.

S&F of MS cross arms, bracings, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section with painting of one primer coat and under coat and one finishing coat including nuts, bolts, washers, drilling holes for bolts in any shapes or size all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/taking down old unserviceable cross arms, bracings, support, clamp including nuts, bolts and washers complete.
