Balance work for the Construction of New Bus Stand Hamirpur at Pucca Bharo Bye Pass junction HP

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator/ breaker)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm (Thirty centimetres) in depth, 1.5 m (One point five metre) in width as well as 10 sqm(Ten square metre) on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth in all leads and lifts in ordinary rock and all kinds of soil including chiseling of hard rocks where blasting is prohibited including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. A recovery of useful stone for 60 cum (sixty cubic metre) @ Rs. 300/- (Rupees three hundred only) per cubic metre shall be effected on pro-rata basis in Ist running bill from this item.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains in earth work in all heights and depth in all kinds of soils, including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper work, and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiselling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer -in-Charge at site and sorting out useful and un- useful material and transportation of the un -useful material for disposing at approved dumping site or otherwise and including payment of prescribed charges of dumping to the owner of dumping site (to be arranged by the contractor) for the satisfaction of Engineer- in -Charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required) including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etcetera in layers not exceeding 20cm (Twenty centimetre) in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, upto all leads and lifts including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying and stacking of hard stone (for stone pitching) at site including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government
