Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding, but not backing complete, removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm each in floors etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles (300mmx450mm), on vertical surface such as skirtings/dados set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tile and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any desription on brick or stone wall, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.
