SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-I Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in. including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified & directed

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing of Sand cushioning to under ground cable laid in trenches for laying of LT UG cable 8 cm depth before laying the cable and 15 Cm after laying and punned down to depth of 10 cm as per MES SSR Part -I ( 2009) all as specfied and directed. Note : Thickness of sand cushion after punning down will be measured and paid.

Material and labour for laying of bricks locally available sub-class 'B' brick (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the directon of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing to GI tubing 80 mm Dia light grade under roads/on wall/on pole as cable protection pipe all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing to GI tubing 40 mm Dia light grade under roads/on wall/on pole as cable protection pipe all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in position cable path indicator made out of MS sheet of thickness minimum 10mm circular in shape duly embosing the words " LT cable" fixed on MS angle iron of size 35x35x4mm, at a distance of every 50 mtr & painting the indicators with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint (Brown colour) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting of Road / Nalla/ Temp trench up to 6 mtr to 8 mtr in width and min 1.5 mtr in depth for passing pipe line and making good the distrubed road/nalla /temp trench including making good with filling with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 PCC ( minimum 30 cm thick ) comlplete all as specfied and directed

M&L for two run single core zero halogen flame retardant insulated cable 2.5 Sqmm with unilay aluminium conductor and drawn through pole from junction box to street light connection drawn through in & incl PVC conduit pipe 20 mm dia medium grade complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix hot Press moulded junction box of size 400mmx300mmx 190mm hinged type including 04 No aluminium Bus Bar of suitable capacity with fixing arrangement like suitable size clamps, Nuts, bolts and washers etc and including SP MCB 6 Amps clamped with Pole complete all as specified and directed
