Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of factory assembled Diesel Engine driven generating set fully wired alternator AC to give an output of 250 KVA/200KW , 310 BHP or nearest BHP as per OEM, continuously rating at a PF of 0.8 lagging, 415 volts , AC 3 phase 4 wire 50 HZ ,1500 RPM, directly coupled with diesel engine water cooled mounted on common base frame complete with inbuilt fuel tank of OEM make of adequate capacity with fuel line & accessories, vibration damper pads & other accessories etc. completed all as specified and directed.

Diesel engine: Radiator cooled turbocharger to deliver not less than 310 BHP or nearest BHP as per OEM & 1500 RPM under NTP conditions of BS 5514 and conforming to IS 10002, DIN 6271 & ISO 3046 with an overload capacity of 10 % for one hour in any 12 continuous hours operation with the following accessories:- Make- M/S Cummins B3.9 series , Kirloskar Oils Engine/Ashok Leyland. 6 cylinder, In-line 4 stroke, radiator cooled engine,Full Authority Electronic Engine,Well designed air handling system with,Dry type, Replaceable paper element air cleaner with restriction indicator,Air to air aftercooling,Optimised turbocharger for increased altitude capabilities,Best in class fuel economy with,Bosch HPCR fuel system with A1 class electronic governing,Dual fuel filter system: Pre filter including water separator and Water In Fuel (WIF) sensor and main filter,Electrical lift pump for faster response,Standard integral set-mounted radiator system, designed and tested for 50°C ambient temperature,Full flow spin on lube oil filter,Plate type lube oil cooler,First fill of lube oil and coolant,Electrical starter motor with soft start engagement feature,Battery charging alternator,2X 12 V DC battery.

STD manual panel inside the canopy : AMF panel : AMF Panel shall be manufactured by OEM only. The AMF panel shall be outdoor type comprising of suitable size of Contactors, MCCB's, MCB's, control wiring of suitable sizes & indicator lamps as standard components.

Acoustic Enclosure : M & L for acoustic enclosure (canopy) for the above 250 KVA DG Set to reduce noise level to 75 dB (A) measured at 1.0 metre distance for audible frequencies as approved from CPCB IV+ or latest CPCB norms for emission compliance as per Central Pollution Control Board norms of suitable size as per manufacturer's specification and comprising of following :- Acoustic Enclosure made CRCA sheets in munsel green shade and a structural / sheet metal base frame panted in black. High quality noise absorbant and fire -retardant grade acoustoic Insulation material (P.U Foam) complying to IS 8183. Two point lifting for easy handling, Air inlet louvers. ank pretreatment process and UV resistant powder coating of all parts to with stand extreme enviroment.Tank pretreatment process and UV resistant powder coating of all parts to with stand extreme enviroment. M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground to the depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate or a depth not less than 1.50 m below ground level connected to GI strip 32 x 6mm as earth lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts check nuts and washers and necessary excavation and earth work PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded brick aggregate for earth pit RCC cover , charcoal & common salt filled in alternate layers funnel with 20mm bore light grade watering pipe, 40mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of GI strip, wire mesh and connected to earth point including testing on all as specified and shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I completed all as specified and directed.

Supply,laying, commissioning and testing or passing through pipe, XLPE insulated, armoured, electric power UG cable (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade in duct / trenches for small length for extension/replacement of the defective cable of nominal cross sectional area 300 sqmm 3.5 core including brass compression cable gland, terminal aluminium lugs etc making connection and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(i) Pipes and bricks for protection, mild steel clamp nut and bolts sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately completed all as specified and directed.

Supply,laying, commissioning and testing or passing through pipe, XLPE insulated, armoured, electric power UG cable (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade in duct / trenches for small length for extension/replacement of the defective cable of nominal cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3.5 core including brass compression cable gland, terminal aluminium lugs etc making connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,laying, commissioning and testing or passing through pipe, XLPE insulated, armoured, electric power UG cable (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade in duct / trenches for small length for extension/replacement of the defective cable of nominal cross sectional area 70 sqmm 3.5 core including brass compression cable gland, terminal aluminium lugs etc making connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding (BY MEANS OF MANUAL EXCAVATION) 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables errecting of pole including getting out in any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any kind of soil completed all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point completed all as specified and directed.

Clean dry sand laid in trenches/ducts for bedding and cushioning to cable, including spreading and leveling completed all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) Consolidated/punned sand shall be considered for purpose of payment. (ii) Sand shall be same as specified for plastering work.

Supply and laying for brick of common burnt clay, sub class 'B' old size laid flat and dry on cables as in cable protection in trenches over cables perpendicular to direction of cables abutting each other complete all as specified and directed. Brick size-0.23x0.15x0.7 note :-all measurement in meter

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil completed all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out in hard/dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm completed all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil completed all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregae as in foundations, filling and mass concrete completed all as specified and directed.

M & L for hardcore of broken bricks of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using 40mm graded stone aggregae as in sub base completed all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing, cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses copings including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F structural steel works as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats, MS plate, riveting including bending and welding conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws completed all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as secified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered or previously untreated walls surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.
