Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering, in wall clading and valley gutters, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet crimped eaves and steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall/ ceiling boards(fibre pulp insulation etc.) or insulations boards /slabs/blankets any thickness incl aluminium / GI snap grid of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling, size of grid 605x605 mm, including Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing Gypsum board 12 mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturer instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F wall panelling of PVC foam profile having 100 mm to 200 mm wide tongue and groove 4 mm thick panels with 12 mm thick ribs of approved shade and pattern. Framing shall be made from solid PVC foam batten of size 35 mm x 17 mm, placed horizontally at 45 cm c/c with solid PVC foam corner all around. fixing shall be done with csk screw of size 19 mm x 6 mm including necessary sealant etc, complete all as per manufacturer instructions and design/colour as approved by GE.

M&L for preparing new surfaces of wood of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with creoste oiling on back side of plywood complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new surfaces of steel of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wooden partition including boarding, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating is 50 micron) frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating is 50 micron) door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for 12 mm thick Prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F sheet glass 5.50 mm thick ordinary quality & glazing with rubber gasket in square exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F door closer hydraulically regulated, aluminium die cast body, designation No 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm width and weight between 61 to 80 Kg and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 200 mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.
