Provision of Electrical inquiry by providing one semi skilled manpower who will note down the complaints, forwarding the complaints to the maintenance perssonel, perusing the same for fast resolution of complaint and recording of compliance after attending the same i/c attending the minor complaint as per direction of Engineer in charge along with availability of required tools etc.complete as reqd. Installation of 1.5/2TR window type A.C. in the existing window i/c modification and fixing suitable wooden frame, loading unloading etc complete as reqd

Servicing of following capacity Window / Split AC / water cooler Units including washing & cleaning of filters, complete unit i.e evaporator unit, condensor unit i/c oiling, greasing of motors, testing, commissioning etc. complete as reqd.

Repairing & Testing of 1.5/2.0 TR Capacity Split AC Units, flushing the system, pressure testing with Nitrogen gas holding the pressure for 24 hours, vaccumising, removal of leakage in Indoor unit & out door unit including supply & charging of refrigerant gas (R-22/R-32/R-410) and oiling, greasing of motors, testing commissioning etc. complete as reqd.

Supply and topping up of refrigerant gas (R-22) in existing 1.5/2.0 TR capacity Split AC units, i/c tracing the leakage if any and rectfying the same, refinishing of refrigerant pipes, joints, testing & commissioning of A C unit etc. complete as reqd.

Replacement of following faulty motor with new copper wounded motor suitable for operation on single phase 230 V, A C supply in the existing Split/Window AC unit i/c removal of faulty motor, making electrical connections, testing, commissioning etc. complete as reqd. (M/s Crompton, Ashu or as per manufacturer recommendation) NOTE:- The motor shall be guaranteed for One Year

Note:- 1. AC complaints are to be attended within 2 Hr. of its reporting otherwise penalty of Rs. 500/- per complaint will be levied. 2. The Agency has to submit police verification record & ID proof of each staff. 3. The firm shall provide each staff with working cell phone. 4. The staff may be deputed for duty as per instruction of concerned SDE (E)/JTO (E). 5. Penalty shall be imposed in case of absence of any staff as per T & C of contract. 6. The Estimated Rates are inclusive of GST / other Input Tax Credit (ITC) taxes as applicable & Freight Charges (Unloading & Stacking) etc., the contractor shall quote accordingly. 7. The contractor shall provide correct tariff heads & other details to enable BSNL claim Input Tax Credit. 8. The bidder who submits the offer with concessional Goods and Service Tax (GST) shall submit the proof of applicable concessional GST.
