Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thick (below or above ground level) built in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

Taking down Chowkats or frames Not exceeding 1.5 Sq. M each (Without taking off shutters from the frame). Complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or lime mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm rendering thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces finished even & smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in two layers(first coat 10 mm & second coat of 5 mm ) mixed with WPC as per menufacturers intructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately)

M&L for liquid Integral waterproofing compound

Preparing newly plastered wall surfaces of wall and applying three coats of whitewash complete all as specified and direted

M&L for preparation of new plastered of wall surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, over a coat of chalk whitening primer over and incl a layer 3mm thick of wall care putty to get even and smooth level finish on new plastered surface of internal wall, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of walls and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint (weather proof) of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old surfaces. complete all as specified and directed. Note : The contractor shall produce batch certificate & delivery challans directly from paint manufacturer to establish the authenticity of the material. The batch testing certificate shall be brought at the site along with paint manufacturer's drums with seal intact.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of surfaces of walls by scrapping/sand paper rubbing and finally washing with watering and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint (weather proof) of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old surfaces. complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated or semicorrugate etc) sheet in roof covering, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of pre-painted 0.50mm thick Gavalume Aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated / semi corrugated / trapezoidal steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength 550 MPa and AZ 150 grade as in roof covering/cladding to walls, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted Galvalume Aluminium Zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 MPa and AZ 150 grade as in ridge of roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for structural steel Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality A for roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (for similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubbed mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface in hard/dense soil. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete.Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shoulders and/or riveted, orfoeged into spikes, framed guards bars barred iron doors, ladders framed balusters walk ways railling framework and similer work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165. Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.25 mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched incl round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with rivets or welded seams, incl bending or turning up, mitred angles etc, as specified & directed.

M&L for box type steel window with 80x40x1.25 mm MS tubular frame with side hung shutters ( double shutter for glass and gauze) without sash bars jointed together with and incl grill using 12 mm square bar @ 10 cm C/C incl box type hinges with steel handle and steel pag stay complete glazing bars doweled and welded complete all as specified as directed. Note:- (a) The 4.0 mm thick plain glass and wiremesh of 0.56 mm in nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm are included in quoted rates. (b) Side hung Z-Section shutter shall be of size 20mm x 20mm x 25mm and 3 mm thick.

M&L for preparation of old steel or iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain Cement Concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling, mass concrete and similar works and for MS Pipe fixing.

M&L, preparation of new iron surfaces of any discription n exc 10 cm widthand girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and Fixing chain link fencing of MS GI wire mesh of size 100x 100 mm of 4 mm dia of GI wire including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire.

S&F mild steel screw bolts ( machine made) with hexagonal heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut not exc 5cm and dia of shank 11 to 15mm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete of any description including fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, tube light fitting, regulators, sockets, bell push and call bell wooden boards, laminated sheets from sunken boxes, boards, shades light fitting etc and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, ceiling etc with cement plaster, putty and paint to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm FRLSH insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, 1100 Volts grade copper conductor cable single core conforming to IS:694 along with one run of 1.5 Sqmm FRLSH insulated copper conductor cable green in colour for continuous earthing drawn through and including medium grade rigid PVC conduit conforming to IS:9537 (Pt-III) and its all accessories/junction boxes/ inspection covers etc of suitable size but not less than 20mm(OD), concealed in wall/ floor etc including provision of pressed steel terminal box of thickness not less than 18 SWG / with earth dolly of suitable size concealed in wall and covered with 3 mm thick phenolic laminated hylam sheet fixed with brass/GI screws for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulator, etc. complete all as specified and directed for the following points:-

Supply and fix MCB distribution board, SPN, 8 way 230 Volt in sheet steel powder painted enclosure double door type with IP 43 degree of protection with built in copper bus bar, neutral link and earth link complete including cutting the wall surfaces for flush mounting of DB and making good with cement plaster, putty and paint to match with the existing surface all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: MCBs shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F of MCCB 100A, 16 KA, 4 Pole, 415 V, 50 Hz with fixed thermal magnetic release complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of MCB 40A, 10 KA, SPN, 'C' curve, 240 V, 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB 6 - 32A, 10 KA, single Pole, 'C' curve, 240 V, 50 Hz including taking down existing unserviceable MCB of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connecting to GI wire 4 dia mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and earth wire protected by 15mm dia GI pipe medium grade and connected to distribution board/earthing test point all as shown in electircal plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I(2009) and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. M&L for lightening conductor assembly made out of GI pipe light grade of size 40 mm bore along with welded flange, fixed on the roof with drilling/making hole and provide rubber washer 6mm thick of suitable size and connect to air termination & connector for earth strip duly fixed with necessary nuts bolts & washers in PCC 1:3:6 type C1, of size 20cm x 20 cm x20 cm complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- GI pipe 40mm (1 RM for each), PCC & air temination shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items

Supply and fix galvanized iron strip 32 x 6mm fixed with saddles & fixing screws, PVC dash fastners, insulators fixed from test point to earth on walls or burried in ground / drawn into hume pipe complete all as specified and directed.
