Earthwork in excavation in ordinary soil, by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means, in foundation trenches / drains not exceeding 1.50 metres in width or 10 square metres on plan,including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms,including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, upto a distance of 50 metres and lift upto 1.50 metres, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. Note: Item Includes Eartwork for alround Block Masonry, Out door Gym Equipment & Children Playing Equipment.

Supply and Erection of Open Gym Equipment: It shall be made up of all tubular steel of 2.5mm thickness, all galvanized and zinc dipped, joints are robotic welded, all welded joints are scalloped as necessary and welded to a approved MIG process. All welds are dressed off removing all sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint is applied at all the welding points prior to finishing. All metal parts are powder coated using AKZO noble – grade wall powder to the thickness of 80 to 120 microns. All metal parts are to be tested in salt spray machine that uses a 5% NACL solution in accordance to ISO 7227 to handle corrosion for 3000 hours. High quality grip rubber is used for the handles, maintainance free ball bearings scope of delivery : 1 completely free assembled equipment model. Maintain according to EN 16630 and as per the maintanance guide. All product must be tested and certified to meet EN 16630 safety standards with GS test mark. The EN 16630 certificates must be issued by a reputed notified international ceritifying agency such as IPEMA, TUV, CPSC or SGS only. The GS mark EN 16630 cerificates mut be in the name of tendering party and not any 3rd party. All products must clearly display the GS mark as issued in the En 16630 safety certificates. Complete with all lead,lift loading and unloading charges for all materials and as directed by the engineer in charge of work. Note: The necessary PCC & Earthwork will be measured separately under relevant item.

Childrens Playing Equipement: Supplying & Fixing Children Playing Equipments type – Two way Slide having the following specification :Main Pipe 80mm diameter, ladder support 25mm diameter steps are 40x20 Rectangular Pipe. Providing and constructing precast concrete solid block masonry of compressive strength not less than M10 of Qcon or equivalent with cement mortar 1:4 of size 40 x 20 x 20 cms conforming to IS:2185/1965 in superstructure including cost of materials, labour charges, scaffolding, curing, pointing in CM 1:3, 15mm deep after raking joints to depth of 15mm nicely lining, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and direction of EIC.

Providing and laying factory made I pavers gray colour of size 200x165x80mm of grade M40 Cement Concrete Paver Blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of Qcon brand or equivalent laid in required pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge
